The Jiffy Lube on Kildaire was so busy, backed up and there were a couple of lines, and I really didn't feel like waiting around for an oil change, so I went on maps and found the one on Ashville, and I was the only one there. Amazing. Andrew C took care of my car. He was so nice and knowledgable. I feel like I can only trust him to work on my car now. Asheville location is worth the extra 4 minute drive, lbr.

I’ve been to many Jiffy Lubed and this was tops. Everyone was so pleasant especially Evan! So nice to hear a young man be so kind and friendly. I only went for an inspection but when I have need for more this is where I’m going.

Drew and Shawn were wonderful! I got stuck at work and arrived 15 minutes prior to them closing, they said it would be no issue to do an oil change. They insisted I was not a bother. When doing my oil change, they noticed my radiator fluid was low. They took the time to explain to me the issue and stayed late to do the needed radiator coolant fluid exchange and checked for any leaks. I am thankful for their professionalism and commitment to doing a job well done!

The customer service and patience demonstrated were exceptional. My adult autistic child experienced a meltdown, and the two gentlemen involved were remarkably understanding and accommodating. Frequently, we encounter difficulties in accessing services due to a lack of understanding from staff, but this was not the case on this occasion. I would consistently choose this location for future services and highly recommend that others emulate their compassionate approach to customer care.
