Great customer service, manager and staff are very helpful and polite

I was able to safely travel across the country and get married all thanks to Kevin! Unfortunately for me, my high-pressure fuel pump was going out less than a week before we were supposed to leave but it was taken care of correctly and quickly!

Dorian and Kevin went above and beyond to assist me with my vehicle needs this morning. They were very thorough and patient with me to explain to me the things that they were doing to the vehicle and the things that need to be done in the near future. Very kind, accommodating, and informative. I will definitely be back.

These guys are real nice! My battery was down and they checked it for me as a courtesy. They even filled up my windshield wiper fluid and sent me on my way.

I came in for an oil change and was greeted with a friendly smile. I only sat for 30 minutes and was amazed at how quickly everything was finished. The price was great and the service was excellent. I'll definitely be coming back.

I give this place 5 stars specifically because of Kevin, the manager. Because of him, this is the only JL I will go to. He isn't just a Jiffy Lube guy who does oil changes. We have had MANY conversations on mechanical things and on my own car, things he suggested we say or look it for worked out for us at our dealership service center. Kevin knows mechanics. He's a gem. Hey Kevin, where you go, I go!

????? I had a great experience getting my oil change here! The mechanic Daquarius was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. He took the time to explain everything and made sure I felt comfortable and informed instead of just rushing me in and out. It’s hard to find someone you can genuinely trust with your vehicle, but I definitely felt like I was in good hands. The service was excellent, the customer service was even better, and I really appreciated the honesty and attention to detail. I’ll definitely be coming back for my future maintenance and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a mechanic they can trust! Great service from start to finish. ???????

Donnie, the Store Manager, was excellent! He provided outstanding customer service—friendly, knowledgeable, and never overbearing. He also took the time to recommend additional services that would genuinely benefit customers' vehicles without being pushy. Donnie has clearly helped turn this location around and significantly improve the overall customer experience at Store #2632.
