My husband had a great experience at Jiffy Lube yesterday. Jose, Damien, and Jessie were all professional, and helpful throughout the visit. We received an oil change, had windshield wipers replaced, and had all of the fluids topped off.The service was quick and efficient. Highly recommend!

Donnie, the Store Manager, was excellent! He provided outstanding customer service—friendly, knowledgeable, and never overbearing. He also took the time to recommend additional services that would genuinely benefit customers' vehicles without being pushy. Donnie has clearly helped turn this location around and significantly improve the overall customer experience at Store #2632.

There were a pair of very honest, very professional guys in there working memorial day. They answered a lot of questions the dealership was not quite truthful about. Told me I had a leaking rear seal. Showed it to me. I really appreciated it. Adam and Allaye I believe their names were. Pretty awesome.
