Experience was phenomenal

These guys are top tier! They really care about taking good care of your vehicle and are able to fix small problems quickly. Matt the manager is a super nice person I highly recommend this location!

Excellent service by professionals. They didn't try to sell me what I didn't need.

The manager there was extremely friendly and accommodating, I had a very tight budget but my breaks were metal on metal. He did his best to give me any discounts he could and didn't try to upset me on anything I didnt need. There was an issue with the parts for my car going missing and he was on the phone with every parts store in the area to try to find replacements. The manager, mechanic and the assistant manager kept checking on me and offering me drinks, food and anything they could. He kept checking on me and apologizing for the wait. They even offered to Uber me home because they felt bad for the wait. Once they were able to get the parts in it took less than 20 minutes for the mechanic to finish the repairs and he was so professional and friendly when handing me back my car. This was the best experience I've ever had getting my car worked on, I didnt' feel like I was being scammed which happens to me sometimes being a woman walking in by myself. They were straightforward professional, friendly, fast, and honest.

The only problem I had was staying in the shop too long for an inspection. I didn't know checking filters and liquid levels was part of a safety inspection.

Attendant was polite and thorough

The young men were so helpful. I went to have my Jeep inspected and I asked a man at a different shop but he told me I needed to fix a light that was in an accident even though it still function properly with regular and high beams it just wasn’t as pretty ?? so as I got turned away I tried Jiffy Lube and the man told me my lights weee fine only my tires wouldn’t pass.. ?? so I got some really great used tires for now and it passed just fine. These gentlemen were just awesome and I appreciate all the time they took to help me. I would recommend them to anyone ??
