Outstanding Customer Service — A Hidden Gem! I have brought my car to this Jiffy Lube twice now, and both experiences have been absolutely outstanding! From the moment I arrived, the customer service and hospitality have been exceptional. The guys here are friendly, professional, and genuinely concerned about doing a good job. They take the time to make sure everything is taken care of properly and that my car is running smoothly before I leave. You can tell they take pride in their work and truly care about their customers. It may be “just Jiffy Lube,” but when you’re spending your hard-earned money, you want to know that you’re getting good service, being treated with respect, and that the people working on your vehicle actually care about the job they’re doing. That’s exactly what I’ve experienced at this location. This place is truly a hidden gem, and I think more people need to know about it! If you’re in the Northlake area and need service for your vehicle, I definitely recommend giving this Jiffy Lube a try. Great guys, great customer service, and a great overall experience! They made recommendations without pressuring me to purchase anything extra. Very helpful, professional, and straightforward. I’ll definitely be back!

I went here for an oil change and air filter replacement, and it's safe to say I'm definitely making this my regular shop. I'm young and have been scammed by so many places; one time I paid 250 for an oil change. Here, the people were so nice; there was an older man at the counter and a guy named Brandon, who I want to specifically shout out. They were the nicest people I think I've ever met! I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone!

I received a warm and cheerful welcome from Mr. Alfred when I came in for my service today!!! Brandon was so thorough and transparent in explaining what maintenance my car would need now and in the future as well as the current promotions that could be applied to my bill and I appreciated that. I am pleased with the overall service I received from the team there today!!

Alfred is amazing and so is the rest of this team. They were very kind, you can drive up and sit in your car or go into a very nice space that doesn’t smell like hot motor oil. My go to spot!

Brandon and his team Austin and one other guy I didn't get his name. They were very professional and I trusted their recommendations. I already knew of issues with my vehicle ( dealership diagnostics). So when I went here they were spot on. I truly enjoyed the experience. The service was quick and recommendations spot on. The cost was very reasonable! Trustworthy place. The prior reviews that are negative ones are about individuals not there anymore !!! So be advised these guys rock.
