This is my absolute favorite Jiffy Lube location. I drive from Concord to this one. They are kind and thorough. I have been taking my Chevys there for years.

I had a fabulous experience. I needed an oil change. The gentlemen were extremely helpful, they provided more than I expected. They offered to vacuum my car. They cleaned my windshield. They were perfect gentlemen. I would definitely come back for my next oil change.

The technician who work my car and made recommendations made a very nice suggestion on what I needed for what I asked for when I went in and got my car running superb! I believe his name was Shane. Thanks again!

Shane was super helpful and professional in helping us examine the damage done by the valet company (parking management services) at the Omni Charlotte to the undercarriage plate and confirmed that it had been re-installed correctly.

Nice staff and quick service. It's been a while since I've had a car so wasn't sure what to expect. The staff was friendly. Not sure if the price was good as it had been awhile since I've had to get an oil change, but I'd recommend this Jiffy Lube for the staff and quick service.
