It took about an hour instead of 15 minutes. I'm assuming that's because of the air filter but I'm still satisfied with my experience

Everytime i go the people are both kind and willing to talk to you/ answer questions you have about the service you need.

Took my new (to me) 2018 Tacoma in for first oil change since buying certified preowned. They identified things I expected and didn’t try to upsell me or push things I knew I didn’t.

Greeted kindly and courteously. Was serviced within about 15 to 20 minutes then actual oil change about 15 minutes. Pretty good on this voting day. Used Groupon!

Even though I was getting an inspection, they still gave a detailed description of my vehicle for my next visit.

Andrew and his team were extremely helpful and kind. They were very understanding and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of.

Quick work to change oil and do a checkup of multiple systems. Gave me a detailed printout of maintenance items that are nearing. No attempt to hardsell those items for this visit.

Car needed to have a inspection. They done a great job as well as pointed out something i may need to do later date. Which was a plus. But overall they done a excellent job services

Great team, they keep you updated on the progress of your car. They go over services that may be needed but, do not push you, it’s informative. Great job!!!!
