Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 10141 US 70 Bus Hwy W, CLAYTON, NC, 27520-2649

I had the WORST experience at another office where I sat an hour waiting for a repass, just for them to tell me the computers were down. I was so pleased to be treated with kindness and actually heard…I know her name starts with a C and I misplaced my receipt but she was AMAZING, had great Cx service and even joked a little to ease my concerns and tension. What a great office. I’ll definitely be back for an oil change!!

Prompt service, helpful and fun staff. Top notch service from the team with Cheyenne creating a fun environment.

The young lady that was at the Front Desk very energetic. She made the weight bearable. She was friendly. Enjoyed her presence. Even though I was upset with the price. She was a great and fantastic representation of your company. I was at the one on Highway 70 in Clayton.

The staff were extremely accommodating and pleasant. Didn’t know what to expect because it was my first time going there. Recommended them highly!!
