Quick In-N-Out for North Carolina Auto inspection

This is my second year using for state inspection. No problem neat and clean, quick service.

Great customer service, the technician took his time and explained everything.

Louis noticed my engine problem right away. He told me straight up i had a leak and even topped my oil off to get me back on the road! Quality customer service.

????? Exceptional Service, Friendly Faces, and Attention to Detail! I want to give a special shoutout to Austin and Jeremy at Jiffy Lube on Catawba Avenue in Cornelius, NC! These two gentlemen went above and beyond to make sure I received exceptional service. They were proactive, thorough, professional, and genuinely concerned about my vehicle and my well-being. They even changed out my license plate, brought a few things to my attention that needed to be addressed, including my front light, and took the time to explain everything. When I mentioned that I would be driving to the mountains alone, they offered helpful tips on preserving gas and reassured me that I was traveling a safe route. Now that's what I call looking out for your customers! And here's the funny part! I was searching for my glasses because I really wanted to leave a review about this premier service, and Jeremy casually says, "They're in your car, on the front dash!" ???? Now, if that's not paying attention to your customer, I don't know what is! I drive a Mercedes-Benz and BMW, and I feel completely comfortable bringing my vehicles here for oil changes. They have been servicing my vehicles for years, and the service has consistently been excellent, accompanied by a friendly smile. Austin and Jeremy, thank you for making customer service personal! It's refreshing to encounter people who genuinely take pride in what they do. And to anyone traveling along Catawba Avenue in Cornelius, be sure to look to your right or left for Jiffy Lube so you don't miss it! Stop in and experience the service for yourself. You'll be glad you did! Customer service like this deserves recognition, and I hope more people discover this location because of the outstanding team they have there!

Great team and incredibly fast service. Showed up without an appointment, and they still got us in and out with minimal wait. The techs are very helpful and polite, and Luis the manager is excellent—informative, pleasant, and clearly runs a very good operation.

I’ve been using this local Jiffy Lube four years. Every single time I’ve ever had my oil changed. It’s the same experience, very friendly very fast and always helpful advising if there’s something that needs to get done.. Everybody that works in this location deserves a raise.
