Very professional and kind

NC safety inspection.

Saturday. October 3 was a very long day! It started off busy at 7A and then I ended up at Jiffy Lube for brakes and rotors! (Was it unexpected? Yes, was it way past due for some? Yes, but let’s get back on - track!) I had my 2 younger sisters with me, so being at the shop for 3-4 hours was NOT on anyone’s bingo card! (Welcome to adulting) ?? The location manager, Gary was absolutely helpful, amazing and super patient with me, as well as very transparent. (Nobody wants to be at a car shop at 9A for anything that isn’t going to cost $100 or less and take less than 30 minutes) Andrew was also very transparent, took his time with my car and had me all good to go when it was time! They both communicated well, and that truly helped me out with the long wait! Gary even put on a kids show for my little sister to attempt to keep her occupied. I was a bit naive to think Chick-fil-A at 9A and then a 3-4 hour stay at the shop with a cartoon was going to ACTUALLY keep her still. Needless to say, and a very long yet detailed review later! These guys were amazing! I really appreciate you both big time, more than you know! Thank you guys! Keep being kind, and patient! I really appreciate everything you do! ??

First time to this location for inspection. Absolutely ?? From time of arrival Gary was spot on. I even left my wallet in my car and the inspector gave it to Gary to give to me in good faith. I’ve been to a few other Jiffy lubes and was not pleased as I was at this location. Exceptional service. Will return for my vehicle needs. Thanks to all especially Gary

Gary was very kind and explained everything that I needed to do. Both he and Roderick immediately addressed getting my inspection for both vehicles.

Very good service attendant were helpful with my State Inspection. Gave me advice on what else was needed for my vehicle to continue to run smoothly.

Technician was excellent, efficient professional, and friendly.Took technician about 10 minutes to finish. Problem was front desk lady which had us there for 30 minutes. She was too busy flirting with someone. Definitely wasn’t focused. Other customers cars were ready and waiting as well. Technicians deserve credit, respect, and raises.

They listened to my need. Friendly when I arrived. Service was super quick. Waiting area clean. Price is very reasonable. Staff friendly throughout.

Went in for an inspection and I had such a great experience with Miss Tania! She was wonderful and friendly to me from the moment I pulled up to the moment I left, and I really appreciated it. Being nice truly goes a long way, especially because you never know what kind of day someone is having or what they may be going through. Her kindness really made my experience better, and I just wanted to take the time to recognize her for it. And thanks to the rest of the team too!!

Tania H. was the very kind lady who I mainly interacted with across the service. She was very kind, informed me of some additional services available but did not at all pressure me into purchasing any extras, and was very polite and made me comfortable throughout my visit. I will definitely be coming back here for my future oil changes!
