Quick and professional service.

Went in for an inspection and I had such a great experience with Miss Tania! She was wonderful and friendly to me from the moment I pulled up to the moment I left, and I really appreciated it. Being nice truly goes a long way, especially because you never know what kind of day someone is having or what they may be going through. Her kindness really made my experience better, and I just wanted to take the time to recognize her for it. And thanks to the rest of the team too!!

Tania H. was the very kind lady who I mainly interacted with across the service. She was very kind, informed me of some additional services available but did not at all pressure me into purchasing any extras, and was very polite and made me comfortable throughout my visit. I will definitely be coming back here for my future oil changes!

Tania quickly greeted me and got me set up for my state inspection. I was frustrated about having to get my wiper blades replaced to pass, but both Tania and Gary were extremely kind, patient, and graceful with me and provided exceptional customer service despite I, the customer, not being in the highest spirits. Altogether, they completed my state inspection efficiently and quickly and helped me make an informed decision about my wiper blades. I want to use this review to once again thank them both for their commitment to providing a great customer experience! I will definitely come back to this location because of the incredible customer service these two individuals plus the rest of the team provide.

The was not long and they offer you a nice cold water while you wait.

Great experience at the Jiffy Lube on 15-501 near University Drive in Durham! The team was friendly, efficient, and got me in and out quickly without any upselling pressure. Everything was explained clearly and the service was done right. Highly recommend this location if you need an oil change or routine maintenance.

It was awesome to have an all-female team as that is something I have never seen. Tania was super kind and a real pro. Definitely an asset to the Jiffy Lube team.

Customers service was amazing! The wait wasn't long even with the line, and they checked with me before making any changes to fluids and filters. Honestly, the best Jiffy I've been to.

Service was fantastic. The workers were friendly. I just don’t see why it’s $ 212 dollars for an oil change. Yes my vehicle takes 8.7 quarts of oil. Still…. The price I think was way off.

Employees were friendly. It took 45 minutes from the time they lifted my hood to complete the oil change. Seems like a long time. Also last time I was there they I needed new wipers I declined. This time no mention of the “workout” wipers.

I came in about 8am on a Tuesday without an appointment for a state inspection. To my pleasant surprise, I was seen right away. Everything went perfectly, and I was on my way in under 30 minutes. It could not have been a better experience!

The crew were professionally great! The wait before servicing just took too long. I was the 2nd car in line...Just didn't understand the length of waiting time taking too long.

My sensor was been on for about a week, however I just moved down to the area and was in need of getting my oil changed. I found this location as it’s not far from where I live. I was pleasantly greeted, I was thoroughly informed of what needed to be done and the severity of it. I was even given a discount and it just felt like a family like atmosphere! I’ll definitely be returning. I encourage this location for all your car needs. The young lady (I didn’t get her name) she was very sweet, informative and quick)! Everyone was super chill and laid back.
