Travis is a true expert in his field and walked me through the whole process of getting my tires replaced. As a younger person who doesn’t have experience with tire replacement, I truly felt that he had my best interests at heart. Couldn’t recommend more!

Their inspection works were done by four technicians systematically, and the performances was so high, and each person reported found problems and asked me if I would like to get service on the issues. I was very happy with their so amazing services not on the inspection but also on oil filter , cabinet air filter, and tail light issues, etc. the total services just finished within 40 minutes including waiting times and service times. Totally charged only $30. The location was 1221 N Carolina Hwy 54, Durham, NC 27707.

I had my Jeep Wrangler inspected and got an oil change, and I have to say—the staff at the NC54 location are truly exceptional. Not only is their work incredibly precise, but they are also genuinely kind and welcoming. I was really impressed. On top of that, they even gave me a white Jeep rubber duck, which made my day! I felt so happy and grateful—it was such a great experience. I arrived right when they opened at 8 a.m., and there was already a long line. Now I understand why this location is so popular. Thank you so much to all the staff!.

I love this jiffy Lube location on Hiway 54 in Durham, NC. Have been going to them for quite awhile for car issues and they are ALWAYS efficient, ALWAYS nice, despite them having to deal with a lot of heat and bitter cold, depending on the season. This is why I will keep coming back .

I am so impressed with this Jiffy Lube. I was having some issues with my car which they tended to along with routine service. I highly recommend them!

I've always had good experiences at this location. I took my 2013 Camry here for inspections for many years (and had started bringing it here for oil changes a few years ago), and the service was always prompt and affordable. I recently got a new vehicle and brought it for an inspection; while I was there, I asked the staff to take a look at a potential issue I was having. Within ~45 minutes (accounting for other customers ahead of me in line), I got a very affordable inspection and was advised (at no additional cost) that my car's issue was more urgent than I realized. I was able to get it sorted out at the dealership the same day (manufacturing defect) and avoid potentially much worse issues down the line.

Friendly service, and quick! They helped me yesterday with a few loose lug nuts and were very fast and professional. I have also been here for oil changes and been satisfied with the service

Upon driving up and asking a few questions, I was luckily and immediately asked to pull up to a bay for a state inspection. I was called into the work area and informed I had a small light out in the back and needed brake fluid changed out along with a few items that I had already had done. I agreed to two services that didn’t take very long at all to complete. My advisor told me that this particular Jiffy Lube was one of the better ones in regards to service and staff which is why he enjoys working there. I’m not sure if the pricing for my service was on par with what other garages charge which is why I put “ not sure” about the pricing, but I will do some research after the fact.

Love coming here! They are so quick and helpful. Much better than going to the dealership. They are my go-to for everything the dealership doesn’t force me to do with them

Inspection, head light cleaning restoration

I have had couple of full synthetic oil changes done at Jiffy Lube on Hwy 54 and I must say that I have been very pleased with their courteous staff.

Tray was very helpful and honest about my car. I came in and was told by a separate jiffylube office location that I needed brake service when I didn’t actually need it. But these guys are honest and helped me and just told me to come back in a year instead.

Clearly customer oriented…reasonably priced

I had to get both my car and my lady car serviced had a Groupon one for a blend and one for full synthetic oil change. Devon was so friendly direct and very professional. He was spot on and very helpful. I thank him for his professionalism. The crew was definitely the super highlight! They had me in and out especially servicing both vehicles at the same time.

Great place. Great services. Despite the cold the workers had to endure. They did an excellent job. We got home safely. From Cherokee thank you for taking care of our vehicle.

Anton was extremely helpful as were others on his team. I went in for an inspection and and needed new wipers. They were very efficient in their work, gave me a significant discount on the wipers, and completed everything I needed in a timely manner while being very kind in their communication.
