Wonderful place to go. Staff very efficient and friendly! We go no where else.

Everyone I interacted with were very nice and friendly. Work was done timely and professionally. Trinity was very friendly and helpful.

The guys here always take great care of me! My recent oil change I was in and out- literally in 15 mins, barely sat in the waiting room lol. Wanted to shout out Shantina B! She was so helpful and friendly, a pleasant person with great customer service.

Brake pads routers etc took 2 hours because incorrect size initially purchased.

Hands down the best Jiffy Lube in Durham. They are fast, always help you with discounts or coupons, friendly and kind.

Shantina greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly disposition. She and the staff tuned up the car with an oil change and a systems flush. Now my Honda cruises with a happy humming engine. Shantina had our back, too. She is subtle but not pushy with the upsell and genuine in her kindness.

Went in for an inspection. Not only did they make suggestions on things I needed to have changed like the brake fluid, but they also restored my headlights to look new. Everyone was so nice and personable. I highly recommend this location! No pressure to buy, just honest suggestions.

At Jiffy Lube, my vehicle inspection was done in a timely manner less than 30mins! Best ?? place I've ever been! Good costumer service too and great staffs! Other place told me to drop my Vehicle for 3-4 hours before the inspection would be completed ??

Excellent and very detailed work completed. Very personable individuals.

Super helpful folks. Came in for an inspection, but my engine light was on. They ran the code for me and, once my car was fixed, took maybe 15 minutes to do my actual inspection service.

The gentleman was very professional, helpful, kind and friendly. The service was complete in a timely manner. Everything that my vehicle was explained in detail with safety's recommendations.
