Great place Im always nervous bringing my car places because not everybody is trustworthy or honest and I feel like I get that here. All the guys are so kind and the manager doug is super transparent and honest.

I really want to give kudos to Mr. Doug Pearce for his commitment to customer service. I took my wife’s car in for service on a Wednesday afternoon. My wife work is a healthcare worker on the night shift, an hour away, so she doesn’t have the time to do this most days. Thursday evening on the way to work she noticed the low oil indicator light came on. After her 12 overnight shift this morning, she checked the dipstick and quickly realized there was no oil left. A friend took her to purchase more oil so she could make it home. I immediately took her car back into Jiffy Lube, remembering that if you have issues after a service to return to that same location for solutions. I explained the situation to the Manager, Mr. Pearce, and he not only found and corrected the deficiency, but gave me another oil change free of charge and a future complimentary oil change to compensate for the money, time/effort, and inconvenience my wife suffered. Things happen, but how he handled the whole situation in less than 10 minutes really made my day.

I wanted to give a big thanks to the fellas and Mr. Terry at this location for taking care of my Ford truck and helping me with orders and last minute changes.

The service was quick. But items you need like wipers and filter to expensive for car inspection. Other that good to. Staff was efficient and friendly.

Honestly probably the best oil change/customer service I’ve ever received. Everyone was so kind and helpful plus it was done very quickly. The waiting room was nice as well. I will definitely be back for my next one!
