Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 3601 RAMSEY ST, FAYETTEVILLE, NC, 28311-7647

I had a great experience with Jiffy Lube! The team assisted me with my oil change, tune-up, and spark plug replacement, and they did an excellent job from start to finish. We did run into a few issues with some of the bolts during the service, but the team remained patient, professional, and determined to get everything taken care of properly. I really appreciated that they didn’t rush the process and took the time to work through the issues and make sure my vehicle was serviced correctly. The customer service was outstanding, and I felt like they genuinely cared about getting my vehicle back to me in good shape. I’m very satisfied with the work and appreciate everyone who helped me. I would definitely recommend Jiffy Lube to anyone looking for friendly, professional, and reliable service! ???????? Thank you, Jiffy Lube, for taking care of me and my vehicle!

The service was very friendly and very fast! Even with a discount, though, it has become a bit overpriced at Jiffy Lube. It's worth it, but still pricey. The great employees are priceless ??
