Went in for an inspection . I met David and emil. They were very knowledgeable and professional. David recommended that I have my headlights cleaned, I hadn't noticed just how bad they had become. So I gave him the go ahead and clean them. Let me just say, wow! It was like night and day. It looks almost like I have new headlights! I didn't know jiffy lube offered such a nice reasonably priced service. My wife loves it to . She had been telling me to clean or replace them, I always said I would tomorrow. Tomorrow finally came today. ??. Thank you David and Emil! Very satisfied customer.

We had our oil changed at this location and they ended up busting our oil pan. When we noticed, we reached out and talked to the manager Emil. Emil has been giving top notch customer service and serving fantastic communication. We really appreciate him walking us through the process and issuing us a refund for the damage. Mistakes happen and a business that will do the right thing and fix the issue correctly will always continue to receive our business. Thank you so much Emil For all you have done for us during this process. Give this man a raise ??

The TEAM did an amazing job today. Everyone was supportive of the mission to serve all customers and they did it well as a team. My automotive technician did an amazing job with quick and quality service. They were very informative regarding future repairs needed but focused on the service that was priority. I will return for future services.

It wasn't an oil change, it was a car inspection. It was a great experience. They were fast and very efficient. Great staff!!

Top tier service! I just came in for an oil change and inspection, but they caught my ripped wiper blades and dirty air filters too. Maurice was very professional and helpful, he guided me to the door and invited me into the air conditioned lobby. It only took them about 15 minutes to get me taken care of, so I was outta there in a "jiffy"!
