I've gone to Jiffy Lube for 2 years to get my inspection done. The workers are always great and they get me out in no time. I will surely be going back.

I was greeted immediately by John. He was professional. After the oil change, I ask John if my grill was secure because a piece of debris from another vehicle on the freeway hit it. Not only did he check, but he fixed it out of the kindness of his heart. Thank you again John

If the tire air pressure light comes on, on the dashboard, check the glove compartment area to press a button, and hold the button down to reset the tire air pressure sensors.

Follow-up to my previous review — Jiffy Lube, Gastonia This is a follow-up to my previous review, and unfortunately, I have another issue to report. I recently took my 2019 Toyota Highlander XLE to Take 5 Oil Change for a routine oil change. During the service, the technicians discovered that the oil filter cap/assembly had been damaged during the previous oil change performed at Jiffy Lube. The damage was significant enough that the cap and related components needed to be addressed before the oil change could be completed. I have photos documenting the condition of the filter and the damaged cap assembly. What is most concerning to me is that I was never informed that the oil filter cap had been damaged during the Jiffy Lube service. I only became aware of the problem when another oil-change facility inspected the vehicle. Mistakes can happen, but when a component is damaged during a service, the customer should be informed immediately. Instead, I drove the vehicle away without knowing there was a problem. This follow-up has unfortunately changed my opinion of my experience with Jiffy Lube. I trusted them to perform a routine oil change correctly, and I now have an unnecessary repair and expense because of damage discovered during my next oil change. I am attaching photos so customers can see the condition of the filter and cap for themselves. I strongly recommend that customers check their vehicles carefully after having maintenance performed here. Very disappointing experience, and I will not be returning. I initially rushed my review, but after taking a closer look, I need to update my experience. My first visit to this location was last week, where I had an oil change and tire rotation done. Yesterday, I noticed my SUV was leaking motor oil—something that should never happen after routine service. This raises serious concerns about the quality of work performed, especially for a basic maintenance service. Based on this experience, I will not be returning and cannot recommend this location.

Always worth the stop to get awesome service in a Jiffy from a team of experts who operate in a friendly welcoming professional way to be my reason for being loyal to the owner at his various locations found conveniently near home and work in the different spots. You’ll always be sure to get a conscientious tech with true attention to detail as your part of their team who will be thoughtful and thorough and operating in a very organized facility to have no fear of accidental damage occurring in many other junky cramped shops. I don’t go to dirty hospitals but I’m sick, low grade rated restaurants to eat, and I won’t change in that philosophy when it comes to maintaining my vehicles. That’s the extra layer that most can’t provide who have messy shops. If someone can’t keep their shop or surroundings clean, why would you expect your car to be cared for any better when it’s smack dab in the middle of a messy work environment? Yes, I’m picky. So, thanks again for your continued attention to detail and the clean and courteous service with a smile and the effort I see you put into the customer vehicles that’s just not as commonly found elsewhere. I hope the effort I’ve put into this review can be appreciated by those needing to choose a shop and find this makes the choice a little easier and solid I. A decision well made. It’s a no-brainer decision to choose this Jiffy Lube in Gastonia. The right choice the first time for the work that always meets or exceeds expectations. That’s making it worth the pick to stop and leave it up to these guys for a trouble-free deal when all is said and done.
