All of the employees were very courteous and very kind and very efficient! I know a Tesla does not require much in an inspection, but they had it done in less than 10 minutes. Thanks again!

I head a great experience here! Jon and Brayden did a great job working on my car and made sure everything was taken care of including my tires and fluids. They were professional, helpful, and got the job done. I really appreciate the good service and would definitely recommend them!

The experience was excellent from start to finish. Ms. Tee provided excellent customer service. They forgot to change my air filter and Ms. Tee contacted me immediately to let me know so I could bring my vehicle back. She apologized for the inconvenience and quickly resolved the issue. I like the fact that she took accountability and quickly resolved the issue. That was my 1st time visiting the establishment and I will definitely be returning because of the level of professionalism and customer service I received from every associate I interacted with.

I recently visited Jiffy Lube and had such an outstanding experience that I felt compelled to leave a review. First, I want to recognize the store manager, Tiana. Her leadership truly stands out. She is attentive, professional, and genuinely cares about her customers. You can tell she sets a high standard for service, and it reflects in everything her team does. Tiana went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, informed, and taken care of. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and customer-focused. She absolutely deserves recognition and continued growth within the company. I also want to highlight Darius, who was incredibly helpful throughout my visit. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything my car needed and broke down what required immediate attention versus what could wait. He even provided quotes and walked me through different pricing options, which he didn’t have to do. What I appreciated most was his honesty—he gave me insight into what might be causing my AC issue and suggested steps I could take before committing to a more expensive service. That level of transparency and care is hard to find. Lastly, Jonathan was wonderful as well. He was very kind, patient, and clear with his instructions while assisting me. He made the process smooth and easy to understand, which I really appreciated. Overall, Tiana has built an amazing team. The level of professionalism, communication, and genuine care I experienced was top-notch. This is exactly what great customer service should look like. I truly hope Tiana continues to be recognized for her leadership—she deserves every opportunity that comes her way.

Inspection done in 10 mins!

I always get my NC car inspection done here. It is quick and easy. I am usually done within 30-45 minutes.

Darius was very helpful and very personable. I was pleased with the Jiffy Lube service. I plan to return.

I felt like my transmission was sluggish. I took it into jiffy lube to check my fluid levels. They suggested a transmission flush. I took it back today. $240 later They did the flush and driving home I could feel the difference. My washer fluid was pouring right out when I added it so I asked them to check it. The hose had disconnected. They reconnected it for me no charge. Thank you jiffy lube for 10 years of servicing my car. Though I was promised an air filter change, I have yet to receive it. Maybe next visit Craig.

Second time I’ve brought my electric vehicle in for inspection. Process was quick, easy and painless! Obviously can’t comment on oil change but will keep coming back whenever it’s time for inspection!

Bryce, Duncan and Jacob are AWESOME! I needed an NC state inspection and oil change and found them with an inspector onsite on Sunday (after being misled by "some other business"- turned out to be the best thing possible!). They treated me with such professionalism and respect (I'm old enough to be all of their grandma's, LOL)- they were also just as respectful to a younger man who was there. I was able to take advantage of 2 coupons so I was very happy with the total price. VERY impressed and I WILL be back!! ??
