The guys at Jiffy Lube here in Holly Springs are great, quick work, friendly service and they always address any issues we may have.

Every time I go to this Jiffy Lube it’s a fantastic experience. The staff is so professional, the place is always clean, and they move so fast in anything that they do. Last year, they basically saved my wife’s car because they caught a major tire split that went unnoticed by her for at least 3 to 4 months. I only trust them to do my oil and especially my state inspections. I easily rate them a 10. I wish I could give them a higher rating. If there’s any doubt, take your car here first, and they will at least tell you what needs to happen next.

The team that assisted me on January 23,2026 around 3:30 pm was a TOP TIER TEAM! From the moment when I pulled around back to the moment I left. Very attentive and let me know something else was going on that I had no idea. Shout out to D he was truly a Blessing to me as well as the other employees that day.

They were very fast when I came in for an oil change. I don't think I was there for 20 mins. When I first pulled up, the gentleman who greeted me was polite and professional. I just don't like when they try to upsell. They pulled my car in and it wasn't even 4 minutes before someone came in saying they ran a diagnostic on my car and checked the fluids levels and said I "needed" things. I knew the airfilter is dirty and we can replace it bit was coming. I literally had it replaced at a different Jiffy Lube in August 2025. If the Jiffy Lube location I normally go to wasn't having technical issues I would have went there, they are always honest with me when it comes to my vehicle.

The Jiffy Lube at 100 Matthews Dr, is reliable, professional and timely. I am a widow over 70 and there was not up sell pressure and my car is running great. I had an oil change, tire rotation, 2 filters replaced and an inspection. Fairly priced, highly recommend.

The team was friendly, fast and courteous. I was very pleased with their service! I was very happy with level of courtesy and professionalism.

If you need a quick NC license vehicle inspection completed I have found them to be excellent for this service. Very friendly and service oriented place.

Got that oil change. You can get there and pull around back. Oil was changed in less than 15 minutes. One of the folks working there had really cool hair. In the past I've gone across the street to the goodwill and walked around while they did the oil. The first time I came into the office area befire pulling the car around and was confused when nobody was at the desk. It was ok though. They appeared.

Came in for an oil change and was told it would be about an hour wait, which I was fine with. As soon as I pulled up, I was greeted quickly and given an estimate for the service before they started—something I really appreciated. The wait time was exactly as promised, and the staff was professional and attentive the whole time. They explained the different oil options and clearly broke down the prices. Even though they were short-staffed, everyone was kind, hardworking, and provided great service. Highly recommend!
