Got an inspection very quickly too about 15 mins with people even ahead of me. Was only $13!

Ease of service, needed vehicles inspected for registration and it took a very short time and no appointment was needed and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg! Very pleased! Will return for future service.

The staff are very friendly, professional. They escort you through the maintenance area and to the lounge. You have the option to wait in your car as well. Prices are competitive with other oil change businesses here. I got $26 off coupon as my vehicle is all synthetic oil. About $99 for 15 minutes and back on the road. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience at the Jiffy Lube at 435 Western Blvd, all thanks to Tama. Even though it was later in the evening and the shop was clearly short-staffed, she maintained a perfectly sociable and professional demeanor that made the whole visit stress-free. I also want to mention that all the staff at this location are always nice and friendly whenever I come in. What I appreciated most this time was Tama’s friendly vibe and the ease of communication; she explained the services and recommendations clearly without any high-pressure sales tactics. She was honest about what my car actually needed and didn't try to push extra services just to upcharge me. It’s rare to find that level of integrity and genuine care during a busy shift. Honestly, this woman needs a promotion, a raise, or something—the shop should be incredibly grateful to have her. I don't write reviews often, but she went above and beyond and deserves to be specially recognized.

Just got a state safety inspection. Ms.Tina (Teena Marie lol) heard my plea and understood I was in a time crunch! She acted with quick and swift service all while remaining professional! Nice, relatable, and professional is what she is, and I believe that’s what most businesses need in their employment. Props to who helped her during the inspection (didn’t get their name). I know she needed the help, refreshing to see some good teamwork!

It was a simple oil change and inspection. Went smooth, good knowledgeable person who cashed me out.

The staff at Jiffy Lube are very kind and courteous and knowledgeable. They don’t try to rip you off. They tell you what’s wrong with your car and suggest that you fix it. They don’t force you to fix it. I highly recommend going to this Jiffy Lube.
