The manager and mechanics were very good to my vehicle. I use these guys for every car inspection for the whole family because they are very nice and do their job well. They also serviced my differential. We even had the ice cream truck stop by the business and cool us down with milkshakes on a hot Friday afternoon. ??

Great experience! The assistant Mngr Nick went above & beyond the call of duty. A great multi-tasker he kept the satisfied customers rolling along. Everyone there was very friendly & helpful. A pleasant surprise in this day & age. I reccomend it to everyone & will be back as well!

Exceptional customer service! Nick and his team saved us from an accident! It’s Saturday at 5 minutes til 5:00. We called to see if they would take a look at our wheel, and they offered to stay late to meet us. They found that our lug nuts were left completely loose by a different tire shop during a tire rotation. We were traveling across the state and these amazing guys went out of their way after hours to fix what could have otherwise been a catastrophic situation. We are beyond appreciative!

Second time there. The mechanics there were all very professional and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to give them my business. Only suggestion is to pick up and replace the garbage in the lobby and in the bathroom. The lobby is nice, but the garbage was overflowing. Overall though, a nice place.

This was my first visit to Jiffy Lube and it was a wonderful experience! I pulled in, a very nice gentleman approached me and asked how he could help. I asked if may get my car inspected. He said absolutely! He took my information and I went to the waiting area. The waiting area was nice and clean. I waited for maybe 25 minutes? I really wasn’t paying attention to the time but it was very quick and efferent! The gentleman took my payment and gave me the receipt and as I’m walking towards the exit, they pulled my car up to the door! Definitely recommend and will go back if need their services!

Would like to thank Token and Tony who helped me with my tire installation and amazing service on my vehicle. I am really picky when it comes to people touching or working on my car, let alone drive it. But I trusted them n they delivered an awesome service. 10/10 recommend them to anyone who wants reliable service for their vehicle :)

Nick was great and very helpful

I recently brought my 2005 Ford Mustang into Jiffy Lube for multiple repairs and maintenance services, and I had a great experience from start to finish. They worked on several things including the calipers, rotors, brakes, fluid replacements, and completed the state inspection as well. Since I came in later in the day, the repairs took two days to complete, which I completely understood, and they were very communicative throughout the process. Everyone there was incredibly kind, professional, and took the time to clearly explain everything to me so I felt informed and comfortable with the work being done. It’s hard to find a place you genuinely trust with your car, but I truly trust their expertise and honesty. I’ll definitely be returning for future repairs and maintenance. Highly recommend!

Have had oil changes, tire rotations and state inspections done here. Always had good experiences. Staff is always professional.

Came in today to have my brake pads changed and an inspection done, and from the moment I arrived to the moment I left I was treated with so much kindness and helpfulness and walked away paying exactly what I’d been expecting with even a free set of lug nuts thrown in simply because the mechanic wanted to make sure I was safe on the road! Jiffy Lube has our business for life, 10/10 recommend! And specific shout-outs to Allen, Zakiah, and Nicholas for making a stressed pregnant lady’s trip to the car shop such a positive experience!!

Arrived at shop for oil change with few customers ahead of me but wait time was not bad and vehicle was serviced efficiently and professionally. Will definitely use this establishment again.

The guys did a good job every courteous and professional however they forgot to vacuum the interior as I requested

I just wanted to let the community know what a valuable associate (Allen) the assistant manager you have working here. Apparently some of his coworkers were scheduled to open along with him but never showed up fo work. Faced with 2 other customers besides myself, he was tasked with trying to get everyone taking care of which he did. His great attitude and willingness to take care of his customers is worth sharing.

This 5 star rating is for Allen - the assistant manager - he was extremely professional and polite and at the time of service was the only employee working. Allen went above and beyond in providing me service for my vehicle and Jiffy Lube should be proud to have such an excellent employee! Thank you Allen!
