Tye manager Amber and her staff were amazing at this location, better than any other location I've been before. They were very knowledgeable and offered a bunch if extra things without being super rude and pushy like most places. I ended up getting some extra things done with the oil change and loved the service I recieved. Only downfall is the construction in the area making the location a little difficult to get to but totally worth it.

I went here for about 6-7 minutes just stopping by for wiper blades, when I was approached by the store manager, who directed me to the blades and rung me up in a fast and courteous fashion, so great service and the blades work ?????

Had such a great experience at Jiffy Lube on River Road in Mooresville! I showed up at 6:30 PM, just 30 minutes before closing, and instead of turning me away, the manager, Dominic, went the extra mile. He welcomed me in, took care of everything quickly and professionally, and even stayed late to make sure the job was done right. That kind of dedication and customer service is rare these days. Huge thanks to Dominic and his team—I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others!

Friendly service at the Jiffy Lube in Mooresville off W Plaza Drive! I dropped by for an oil change and it only took about 10 minutes until I was out the door. They were also very upfront with pricing which is always nice & refreshing.
