Cane in on a Sunday (Polk St location) They were understaffed and it was clearly a hectic shift for the team. That did not prevent the young man who helped us to display professionalism and great customer service. Although they had several customers, he took the time to give us great service and we didn’t not feel rushed or that they rushed the job. I did not get his name but it was the young man with dread locks who helped us. He embodied what true kind and genuine customer service solid be Kudos and keep up the good work!

Took the suv and inspected it so throughly . I was out rather quickly . Very nice people employed there . .

Had to knock off one star because I made an early morning appointment to get my brake and transmission fluid flushed. the mechanic never showed up. I brought the car back that afternoon and they were able to get it done. Overall, the people were very nice, especially Jason. He went above and beyond. My scrape box came loose a couple of days later and he came to my apartment to assess it. He took my car to the shop and brought it back to my apartment fixed. I truly appreciate the service I received.

Although there were only two men working the day that I came, they were still very polite and professional even with them being busy. One even offered a better coupon than the one that I had, so I saved $26. Will definitely return.

I have been getting my oil changed at jiffy lube since i bought my car in 2016. I went to the pineville NC location last Thursday for the first time and got an oil change. Yesterday I noticed a big oil spot under my car. I went back today(Monday 3/23) for them to look at it. During a previous oil change at another jiffy lube location they cross threaded my oil plug and had damaged the threads in the pan. Mariyah the mechanic at pineville was super nice and got a brand new oil pan for my car warranted, saving me a few hundred dollars. I am super thankful for the incredible staff at the Polk street jiffy lube for their high standards of customer service.

They did a great job. Oil change. Inspection. Brake job. Walked me thru the decision on the brakes. Valuable.

My experience was absolutely perfect all times as a woman when I go to have things done to my car I feel pressured. I feel overwhelmed and I made to feel. I don’t know what I’m talking about. This was not my experience at Jiffy Lube. They did exactly what I asked, they did provide recommendations, but were accepting of what I wanted to do on that day and what I would return to do later. This may sound like a small thing before a single woman. This is huge being heard being respected and not being over talked I truly appreciate these men and I will now no longer be going anywhere else for my oil changes or anything else that Jiffy Lube can provide. Thank you again.
