My experience was absolutely perfect all times as a woman when I go to have things done to my car I feel pressured. I feel overwhelmed and I made to feel. I don’t know what I’m talking about. This was not my experience at Jiffy Lube. They did exactly what I asked, they did provide recommendations, but were accepting of what I wanted to do on that day and what I would return to do later. This may sound like a small thing before a single woman. This is huge being heard being respected and not being over talked I truly appreciate these men and I will now no longer be going anywhere else for my oil changes or anything else that Jiffy Lube can provide. Thank you again.

Car inspection

The service was good and the people were nice, but the price ended up being more than it was listed on the price board. I feel like the attendant should have told me before the end of the service. Instead, he just can to the main desk and said it was more because of an additional 1/2 quart of oil because I drive a BMW.
