Excellent experience today

I had a great and fast experience this morning getting my oil change. Luis and his team did an awesome job working on my vehicle and was very informative. I’ll be coming back here for future oil changes.

Denard and company take care of my vehicle as well as my wife and sons! Quality eork by folks I trust!

Come Here Come Here! Louis is the Manager and he has friendly staff with smiles. I drove off twice yesterday because of mean mugging. You won’t find that here. I got my truck inspected and some recommended services for the life of my vehicle came with it. Thank you for an awesome experience. Oh. And the shop is spotless. So is the restrooms and plenty of fresh coffee to drink while you wait with TV for entertainment

100% the best place to get your car serviced and amazingly informative and excellent and FAST experience. They don’t try to take your money, care about customers and cars they service, and genuinely try to help you instead of just giving you a bloated bill. Great team! Best I only come to this shop now.

I got a flat tire right in front of the Jiffy Lube in Pineville. I was literally on my way to the tire shop where I bought my tires for an appointment. The folks at this place were exceptional. They saw I was in need and they helped me get my spare on so I could be on my way. Demar is the name of the technician who helped me and he was great. I didn't catch the managers name but he went above and beyond to help me out. Today I found a new place for all future oil changes. Nice job gentlemen and thank you a million! Many blessings wished on all of you!

Been to this location many time and have never received the warm welcome and customer service that i received from Charlie Murphy the new Manager that has only been at the location a little over a week jiffy lube should take note and train more people like him and the other guys Ever and Herve will be back as son as possible

Cane in on a Sunday (Polk St location) They were understaffed and it was clearly a hectic shift for the team. That did not prevent the young man who helped us to display professionalism and great customer service. Although they had several customers, he took the time to give us great service and we didn’t not feel rushed or that they rushed the job. I did not get his name but it was the young man with dread locks who helped us. He embodied what true kind and genuine customer service solid be Kudos and keep up the good work!
