I always get my cars inspected at Jiffy Lube on Atlantic Avenue in Raleigh. They have continued to take care of my car needs. I trust them especially Tamesha C.

This location is great. They looked out for me and several customers came and went expressing their gratitude. No offense to the other locations but this is where I'd go in the future.

I was having issues with my car and needed an emergency oil change. I arrived at Jiffy Lube about 10-15 min before closing. I was nervous they would not work me in so close to ending of shift. Not only did they work me in, but did so graciously and with a smile. They provided GREAT customer service. They laughed and joked with me, offered me a comfortable place to wait, and even remembered me from a previous visit last year. They were helpful and pleasant last year too. Also, the price was very reasonable which of course is very important to most, if not all, of us. I could not ask for a better experience! Very grateful for today!

I’ve moved from Raleigh recently, but was in town for an appt…. It was time for an oil change so I ran by this Jiffy Lube because I have brought all of my cars here for years. Never disappoints! Efficient, professional, nice. Elijah in particular was very helpful.

Came by during my lunch break for an inspection and they were pretty busy. They said they could get me in after 5pm even though I saw they closed at 6. Soon as I pulled up they remembered me and had it done in about 10 minutes. Definitely will be back when I need my oil changed. Great staff and customer service.

Only get 30 min for lunch break; left work pulled right up, they took my car in within 2 minutes, got my inspection done super fast, had enough time to grab food and back at work with 3 minutes to spare! Everyone was super nice and really efficient! Highly recommend this location ?? ??
