Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 220 NEWTON RD, RALEIGH, NC, 27615-6139

I have been coming to this Jiffy Lube location for nearly 20 years now. The staff onsite today were all very professional and friendly. Honestly, this was the most pleasant experience I've had here in years. Today's visit was for an inspection and oil change. Last year, there wasn't a JL within a 10-mile radius who stated they had the oil filter for my car, but today I was pleasantly surprised to find they could once again change the oil for my car. I was very pleased and will continue my patronage of this location. Thank you!

Fast, effective, courageous service today. I had state inspection done. Technician installed burned out light for me as part of the service provided.

Fast and efficient. Staff super helpful.

Rudy and Mackenzie were awesome!! Got an inspection today, and my passenger windshield wiper has been on the way out, but they let me pass so I could go buy the particular wipers I prefer, for a much lower price than their store wipers! This has become my new regular location for oil changes and for inspections as long as they continue to require them, at least, since they informed me that inspections are on their way out!!! Inspection plus a little education— and they were also very sweet and also gave me Halloween goodies to give to my neice and nephew! Thanks guys!!

Always quick and jiffy at this place. I like it,

Prompt and very professional

First time there. Was approached immediately by the manager on duty. He asked what I needed. My reply was an oil change. I thought he might try to upsell me with synthetic oil, but he was good about letting me get what I want. He has escorted to be into the waiting area and went to drive my car into the building . Once they were finished with changing the oil; they spoke with me. The manager went through what they found, made some suggestions,, but was not a hard sell. Their computer was having a bit of problems, understanding the age of my car and the mileage, but he was able to correct all of that. Basically they did a good job.

I pulled up at 6:40pm with no expectation of actually getting my car inspected. Little did I know - Thomas, Rudy and Jeremy are the Jiffy Lube Dream Team! Polite, professional and prompt.

Great service for an oil and filter change and rotation of tires. So quick too!

The best! I’ve been coming here for at least 6 years. The guys here always treat me with the most respect, and have the best attitude. Even when it’s blazing hot outside, they will always crack a joke or a smile. They are super efficient and provide quality service. The best kept secret in this neighborhood! Friendly quick efficient

Fast and Friendly service! I sent my sister back the next day for service!

I was a walk-in and the staff agreed to perform my required state inspection, which they did along with a couple of other services I didn't realize my 2024 Crosstrek needed. I'm grateful I was able to make it to another appointment on time.

They were very kind and generous. I updated me of other small things I needed done to my car. Showed me the different choices and I was out of there. Gratitude I will go back to get there services.

Quick and friendly service! My go-to location for an oil change.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The technicians and sales representative were not only professional, but also genuinely kind and courteous, which made the visit very pleasant. The service was completed quickly without feeling rushed, and I truly appreciated the efficiency. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, which added to my overall comfort and confidence in their service. Thank you to the team for such a smooth and positive experience. I would absolutely return for future services and will gladly recommend the Jiffy Lube on Newton Road to others.
