Came in for inspection and it was quick and. Would go again for next inspection

Shy was great and very kind but the guy working with her didn’t help her with anything! She was making calls and multitasking seeming to do everything herself while he stood around and dude acted like he’d rather be anywhere but there. Shy carries all the professionalism in the place. That being said I’ll make sure to come back and see her specifically ??

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube today for my state inspection. I was initially told the wait would be around 45 minutes, so I was prepared to be there for a while, but I was pleasantly surprised to be in and out in about 20 minutes. The process was smooth, efficient, and well organized from start to finish. The staff was friendly and professional, and everything was handled quickly without feeling rushed. I really appreciated how respectful they were of my time while still making sure everything was done properly. Overall, it was an easy, stress-free experience, which is not something you always expect with car inspections. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location and would recommend it to anyone looking for quick and reliable service.

I have been coming here for 27 years and everyone has been respectful and pleasant to work with. I have never had a bad experience in all of those years.

I came here for an inspection and was told it would be a 45 minute wait while the Inspector went to lunch. Shyona then came out and let me know there was another store down the road. I advised I was ok with waiting, and then she insisted on delaying her lunch and taking care of my inspection. That is great customer service!

Great service on Capital Blvd by 540. I was immediately greeted to ask what I needed, and the gentleman were all courteous, responded to my inquiry about an oil leak, found the lose filter…. And got me in and out in no time! Great service for what can sometimes be a headache

The crew on 4/3/26 were great very friendly and helped me with an annoying noise coming from my brakes! Took my car to two firestones and none of them could find the issue. Randomly decided to stop here and within a couple mins they had it fixed. They went above and beyond to find the issue I was referring to. Big shoutout to everyone that assisted me.

Jiffy Lube should probably ask you what type of oil you need before assuming you need the highest level.

The wait for a vehicle inspection was not long. Staff was very courteous and professional. Ms. Lucas gave an update on service needed and I was quickly on my way. I would recommend this location.

Quick service

This Jiffy Lube is pretty solid. They get you in and out efficiently and their employees are straight forward and pleasant. I've never had a WTF moment going to this location which definitely can't be said for other locations (cough, Jiffy Lube, Atlantic Ave). I've also had a tech a couple of times call me out to my car to look at potential issues for services they don't offer which shows they care about their customers' well being and not just upselling services. Rare these days.

The service at this Jiffy Lube is exceptional!!! Friendly staff and I was in and out in less than 30 mins. I highly recommend this place for a quick oil change.
