I had a great experience here for my state inspection. Even though the shop was very busy, the lady at the service counter was incredibly efficient and organized. She managed to process my inspection quickly while simultaneously assisting other customers with grace. Excellent customer service - thank you!

Have always done a quick State Inspection at Jiffy Lube but really needed an oil change this go round. The wait was a little long but that’s because the business was pretty busy. The staff was great and that made the wait irrelevant. Very respectful and courteous and when I was finally up, they made it so I was the most important customer.

Came in for an oil change and state inspection. Was easy to come in, got directed and waited for turn which didn't take too long. Was told what was needed to pass today and what was needed further on down the road in their opinion. (Which is always great to save up for) straightforward and down to business.

This is my go to Jiffy Lube! They’re always so nice and helpful. They don’t try to upsell you at all. They explain what’s up and let you decide how you want to continue.

The Manger and the Entire staff were very professional and customer-friendly! They went over and beyond to give me a oil changeand to also tighten my oil valves! They gave me the Chick-fil-A experience at a Jiffy Lube on Capital Blvd . ??????

Shay, the assistant manager (I believe), was incredible. While dealing with unanticipated manpower issues, she kept a level head, gave clear instructions to get team members, and provided great customer service to each patron. Very impressive.

The Jiffy Lube at 6304 Capital Boulevard in Raleigh, NC was fantastic! Shayna topped up the coolant and knowing that this hot weather would create the need for more, she gave me a bottle of extra coolant to take with me just in case. She was fantastic, as was the whole team! I will definitely return.

What an awesome group! The customer service here is top-notch—everyone greeted me with a smile. They inspected my car and gave me great suggestions without any pressure. The Manager and Shyona were both wonderful to work with. My repairs were done quickly and accurately, and I’m so happy with the service I received. Highly recommended!!!
