Customer service was excellent and the people was kind, courteous and professional.

Shay, the assistant manager (I believe), was incredible. While dealing with unanticipated manpower issues, she kept a level head, gave clear instructions to get team members, and provided great customer service to each patron. Very impressive.

The Jiffy Lube at 6304 Capital Boulevard in Raleigh, NC was fantastic! Shayna topped up the coolant and knowing that this hot weather would create the need for more, she gave me a bottle of extra coolant to take with me just in case. She was fantastic, as was the whole team! I will definitely return.

What an awesome group! The customer service here is top-notch—everyone greeted me with a smile. They inspected my car and gave me great suggestions without any pressure. The Manager and Shyona were both wonderful to work with. My repairs were done quickly and accurately, and I’m so happy with the service I received. Highly recommended!!!

Shy was great and very kind but the guy working with her didn’t help her with anything! She was making calls and multitasking seeming to do everything herself while he stood around and dude acted like he’d rather be anywhere but there. Shy carries all the professionalism in the place. That being said I’ll make sure to come back and see her specifically ??

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube today for my state inspection. I was initially told the wait would be around 45 minutes, so I was prepared to be there for a while, but I was pleasantly surprised to be in and out in about 20 minutes. The process was smooth, efficient, and well organized from start to finish. The staff was friendly and professional, and everything was handled quickly without feeling rushed. I really appreciated how respectful they were of my time while still making sure everything was done properly. Overall, it was an easy, stress-free experience, which is not something you always expect with car inspections. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location and would recommend it to anyone looking for quick and reliable service.

I have been coming here for 27 years and everyone has been respectful and pleasant to work with. I have never had a bad experience in all of those years.

I came here for an inspection and was told it would be a 45 minute wait while the Inspector went to lunch. Shyona then came out and let me know there was another store down the road. I advised I was ok with waiting, and then she insisted on delaying her lunch and taking care of my inspection. That is great customer service!
