I come here mainly for annual inspections, they get you in and out. I would recommend getting there early though since it's first come first serve. Either way, the inspections take a reasonable amount of time. Decent waiting area too with a bench outside.

This place is incredible, I got there for a state inspection and about six cars In front of me and the next thing I know a gentleman told me it would probably be an hour and I said I’ll wait for a little while and then he came back to the car in front of me and then to me and said pull over into this lane and they took care of the state inspection much quicker and I know they didn’t have to do that. Without a doubt top-notch customer satisfaction and I’ll be back.

Brought my EV in for State inspection. Even though the Jiffy Lube was busy with State inspections, they opened a second line for inspections and got me in and out quickly. I had not been to that Jiffy Lube for a long time. I was happy to see that the service at that location was still excellent.

Great people and great service. Very impressed they use torque wrenches on lug nuts. Not every place does that. This not only keeps your tires from falling off, it enables you to get tire off if you have a flat tire because they are not overtightened.

These guys are the best. They’re fast, do good work. Very reliable.

The staff was very polite. They completed the oil change in a very timely manner without rushing through it and a very reasonable price point. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Took my car in for an expedition, they were fast and friendly.

I appreciate that services were not pushed on me. The mechanic helping me showed me that my filters were still good and that I didn’t need to flush the brake fluid for a couple of visits. I was impressed by his honesty.

Not all Jiffy Lubes are created equal. Like franchises and boxes of chocolates , you never know what you’re going to get. The one on Creedmoor in Raleigh is superior. They not only diagnosed that it was the 60 buck oil cap and not the actual engine that was leaking oil on my Mercedes they noted I needed a serpentine belt and then ordered it and installed it. Bravo, guys. And Amber up front is a pro too.

This Jiffy Lube location has always done a great job on our cars. Never had any issues. And don’t recommend things that aren’t needed to get done. It is very convenient when you need a quick service on your car.

This location is very efficient and pleasant I went for an inspection and the time it took to finish is what they told me. Plus the employees were very friendly.
