Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 8207 CREEDMOOR RD, RALEIGH, NC, 27613-1372

Went there today for an oil change. They were great. Only recommended things that needed to be done- no pressure- no mansplaining. Will definitely go back!

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube.

Always had a good experience here!

Great service!

Fast , efficient and friendly as always!

They were very nice to work with…that’s why I drove an hour to get there. I needed a state inspection, so I used this Jiffy Lube as I had been there twice before. They were efficient and had my car inspected quickly. Then, they went the extra mile and ran diagnostics for me to let me know what the ‘check engine’ light was trying to tell me. Thanks, Jiffy Lube!!

In and out in less than 8 minutes

Amazing, friendly and knowledgeable team. Great place to take your car.

These guys are awesome, I had a knee injury over the weekend and needed to get my truck inspected today and they let me stay in the vehicle all the way up to the point when they pulled it in and then on top of that when they found I had some tag lights out they came in told me about it right away. They got it fixed for me so I didn't have to bother with it and it was a very smooth experience. I don't drive a lot so therefore my oil is kind of old and they didn't even bother pressuring me about changing it because it's old, so I really appreciate the guys here. It was a good time. I will do it again and I recommend it to other people.

Ben Uvino gave exceptional service. Above and beyond.

Hands down the best Jiffy Lube in the triangle!!! Great service from beginning to the end!

Fast and professional service

Great place for a quick and safe oil change. Excellent customer service. Kudos to Amber and the crew at the Creedmoor location.??

Great guys left everything nice and clean

I come here mainly for annual inspections, they get you in and out. I would recommend getting there early though since it's first come first serve. Either way, the inspections take a reasonable amount of time. Decent waiting area too with a bench outside.

This place is incredible, I got there for a state inspection and about six cars In front of me and the next thing I know a gentleman told me it would probably be an hour and I said I’ll wait for a little while and then he came back to the car in front of me and then to me and said pull over into this lane and they took care of the state inspection much quicker and I know they didn’t have to do that. Without a doubt top-notch customer satisfaction and I’ll be back.

Excellent service

Quick and professional service and great value. I've been taking my car here several years and will continue to do so.

Brought my EV in for State inspection. Even though the Jiffy Lube was busy with State inspections, they opened a second line for inspections and got me in and out quickly. I had not been to that Jiffy Lube for a long time. I was happy to see that the service at that location was still excellent.

Great people and great service. Very impressed they use torque wrenches on lug nuts. Not every place does that. This not only keeps your tires from falling off, it enables you to get tire off if you have a flat tire because they are not overtightened.

These guys are the best. They’re fast, do good work. Very reliable.

The staff was very polite. They completed the oil change in a very timely manner without rushing through it and a very reasonable price point. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Very courteous and quick service.

Quick and easy.

I had an inspection. They were very thorough and were finished ahead of schedule. It was nice to be able to just show up without an appointment.

Whole team went to work on my 28 year old Jeep Wrangler. Got her up and running for one great price!!!

Thank you for such great service today!

Treated great ??
