My check engine light came on, so I stopped in for a diagnostic check. James found three transmission codes and, before letting me leave, offered to drive my car around the block to see how it was running. That turned out to be a blessing because the car was almost undriveable and would not even go into reverse at that point. Since I live nearby, James personally drove me home while the floor manager, Jeffrey, followed behind. Neither of these gentlemen had to do that, especially considering I wasn't even having repair work done. I was only there for an engine check. Their willingness to go above and beyond for a customer in a difficult situation was truly exceptional. The level of care, professionalism, and customer service they provided was outstanding. Thank you, James and Jeffrey, for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience. I hope I got their names correct.

Good service, fast. They obviously don't set the prices, but a little steep imo.

Jiffy lube on Six Forks is the best by far in Raleigh...I was in and out in no time..... in spite of some of these people's bad reviews, they take real good care of ya. sometimes problems happen. that's life its not jiffy lubes fault JS I will be returning and I'll recommend to all my friends family and Co workers to come here as well!!!

This was my first time ever going to a jiffy lube and I had a great experience. They made sure to explain how everything works and everyone was so friendly. I got a tire rotation and oil change. They even checked my wipers, brakes, tire tread and air filters free of charge and didn't try to up-sale me on anything. Will definitely be back.

This is among the nicest Jiffy Lube‘s in the entire chain! The place is clean and tidy. The staff are courteous and so nice! I’ve been going there for my oil change over the years and today for my inspection. Waiting was minimal and it was a pleasure for a number of reasons: the staff are so nice and the clientele are equally nice.! Word gets around and good people go there.

They just got a new manger and they are fantastic. The entire crew is respectful and efficient. Definitely recommend anyone come here for their services

The manager Chris was very professional and informed me that the last place that changed my oil had damaged my canister oil filter and helped me get it replaced highly recommend the jiffy lube on six forks in Raleigh

Great staff. They are friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Timely service. Convenient located between 2 gas stations and a Wendy’s so you can grab food or snacks while you wait or gas afterward. Definitely recommend this station.
