Great and fast service

Very professional workers. I did regular maintenance done to my vehicle. After they brought my car out, my ignition light was on, and the vehicle was shaking. I advised the mechanic and he readjusted the spark plugs and the shaking stopped. Hopefully all will continue to be well!

I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube location on Capital Blvd. The whole process was incredibly efficient from start to finish. I was in and out much faster than I expected, and everything was handled smoothly without any unnecessary delays. I especially want to recognize Asia for her outstanding customer service. She was professional, friendly, and made sure I understood everything that was being done with my vehicle. On top of that, she kept things moving quickly while still making me feel like a valued customer, which isn’t always easy to balance. The whole team did a great job! Overall, this location really stands out for both efficiency and quality service. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance.

The service crew was outstanding, but they didn't have operating equipment to give me the full service I was used to getting when I come for my oil change. They could not vacuum my car.

Went for an inspection. Quick and easy! Also the team there is super nice and friendly!

I stopped by to get my car inspected and Asia told me she’d have me done in no time. She let me know that my cabin filter needed to be replaced and showed it to me. She made all the necessary changes and had me out quicker than I expected. I will be returning there for all my future services.
