First time at that location. Every worker polite. Young gentleman who work on my vehicle. I appreciate you asking me questions about my car, before doing the job. What kind of oil, wipers and etc. The lady at the desk, thank you...Will be back to that location.

The Capital Blvd location is very well run! I get my car serviced here often. The team is always welcoming and efficient. I requested an oil change, tire rotation and inspection to be completed with in the hour. There answer is no problem. 40 minutes later I was on the road with a new cabin air filter as well. They all deserve a raise!

I went to several NC Inspection stations that were all so busy that I had to make an appointment for a later time; however, Jiffy Lube got me in in a timely manner. They were fast, courteous and clean.

I bought a car . This car had a Jiffy Lube inspection 3 months before about it. I wish they would let me know .that didn't need inspection because it was there in the computer for the previous owner when I get my information . I will appreciate in the future and service they tried to ask me the car didn't pass because of the brake lights . Before I went there I check everything everything was working fine. That technician was try selling me lights and I said no I will be back then she came back and said oh I'll let you pass.

Grabbed a Groupon with jiffy lube for a full synthetic oil change. Service was fast and easy. very friendly, greeted and checked in done all in about 15 minutes paid a total of about $80 with Groupon and difference which is what I roughly pay anyway

Excellent service and great customer care, very helpful and friendly. Process was fast and efficient. The price was very reasonable. I take my vehicle to Jiffy Lube instead of the dealership, Jiffy Lube is better quality, price and service.

My second time coming to this location and immediately upon driving up I was greeted and asked what I needed. The staff handled everything i needed and got me out of there in under an hour while having a person before me.

This was the most pleasant customer service experience I have had in a while. Being promptly greeted by Ahmon, with his warm smile and friendly tone to the time I was checked out by Timmorie, they both check in to ensure my self and my kids were comfortable. Even though the process was quick the service was memorable. I’ll be back.

Very professional workers. I had regular maintenance done to my vehicle. After they brought my car out, my ignition light was on, and the vehicle was shaking. I advised the mechanic and he readjusted the spark plugs and the shaking stopped. Hopefully all will continue to be well!
