Great customer service and professionalism

Grabbed a Groupon with jiffy lube for a full synthetic oil change. Service was fast and easy. very friendly, greeted and checked in done all in about 15 minutes paid a total of about $80 with Groupon and difference which is what I roughly pay anyway

Excellent service and great customer care, very helpful and friendly. Process was fast and efficient. The price was very reasonable. I take my vehicle to Jiffy Lube instead of the dealership, Jiffy Lube is better quality, price and service.

My second time coming to this location and immediately upon driving up I was greeted and asked what I needed. The staff handled everything i needed and got me out of there in under an hour while having a person before me.

This was the most pleasant customer service experience I have had in a while. Being promptly greeted by Ahmon, with his warm smile and friendly tone to the time I was checked out by Timmorie, they both check in to ensure my self and my kids were comfortable. Even though the process was quick the service was memorable. I’ll be back.

I experienced a check engine light and had the jiffy lube family perform an oil change. They also let me know if problems that I did not know was wrong but I had a feeling I needed more than an oil change. These people are very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate their time and effort.
