Today I received the best service ever. I went in for an inspection and when it was time for me to leave it was raining really really hard. The young man who had met me outside when I pulled the car in took my car back around into the bay so I did not have to go out in the rain and I thought that was so nice. I thanked him and he said to me"we would treat you no differently than we would our mother or our sister". And that really stuck with me.

The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely hospitable. This was exceptional since I am from MD and visiting NC due to a family matter when my oil light came on. Most appreciated!! ??

When I visited this past week, I had a disappointing experience due to an interaction with a staff member who was disrespectful. Fortunately, I was able to speak with both the manager and district manager, and they took the time to listen to my concerns and work toward a resolution. Their professionalism and willingness to communicate made a significant difference. When issues are handled with honesty and respect, it can turn a negative experience into one that restores confidence and maintains a positive customer relationship. Thank you for taking my concerns seriously and for making the effort to resolve the situation.

I went here on a Sunday at 3pm needing my oil changed quickly due to an oil leak and oil being low. They were able to get me right in and only took about 10-15 min for them to located the leak, fix it and change my oil. Kevin was very helpful. I will be going back!

I was in and out, no stress, quick work. Erik was professional and friendly. Shop was clean inside.

This is my 2nd visit to this Jiffy Lube location. I love it here. 1st Erik with the pink glasses is a whole VIBE! He is full of energy and explains all of the details of the service. This is not a place that tries to yank your chain because you are a woman. This is a clean location that is about their business. My oil change was perfect and my filters we’re disgusting and needed to be changed before I hit the road for a long journey to the beach. Let’s not mention the incredible customer service from JB the GM. He is a touch of class! I had to look outside the door to make sure I wasn’t at a 5 Star exclusive auto dealership. These gentlemen treated me like a true queen and they were fast! You may want to go somewhere else that may be cheaper but go to a location that cares, that treats you like a lady, and that explains their services to you in simple terms with no extra fluff!

Amazing customer service, very friendly, I feel I could actually have a conversation with them. Did take a little while to get out but that's due to shipment of parts not the service. Out of all of our hands. Once they had the parts it was almost instant. Will be coming back

My first time visiting. The mechanics were polite and very helpful. The weight was not long at all. They took care of my concerns for oil change and topped off my coolant as well.Seeing that it was a little low. They rotated my tires, and everything seems fine. Will I go back yes I will, it was a very enjoyable experience.

I recommend taking your car here if you want superior service and affordable prices. Every staff member I dealt with was especially knowledge, friendly and professional. My car runs 100% better. I will be returning here for all my car repairs. Thank you ! *I will bring donuts.

Oil change and filter replacements. These guys were quick and did a nice job. The cabin filter did need replacement. It was real dirty. They were polite and friendly and seemed to appreciate the business.

I had a wonderful evening experience this morning. Even with other car issues that needed to be addressed staff was not pushy. I had a terrible experience with AAA so I was a little anxious,but the staff understood and assured me my truck was taken care of. I was in and out quickly.

I had such a great experience here! The entire team was incredibly friendly and made me feel genuinely welcome and valued. As a young woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating going in for car service, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. They took the time to clearly explain the different oil options and pricing without trying to upsell me or push unnecessary add-ons. Gyiano handled my checkout and was especially personable. He went above and beyond! The manager popped in while I was waiting and made a little joke, which made the whole visit more enjoyable. It’s those small touches that really make a difference when you’re doing something as routine as an oil change. I highly recommend this place—this team truly deserves recognition for their excellent service!

Had a great experience at Jiffy Libe in brier creek! Taryn customer service and professionalism was superb, and Wilson did an excellent job with my radiator coolant flush/cabin filter replacement.

Typical Jiffy thing apparently : I went for an oil change and drain plug was not tightened well enough. Luckily nothing drastic happened as I was able to detect the issue fast enough hours later. I parked the car overnight and notified JIFFY the next morning. They located my vehicle and proceed to another oil change on the spot, furthermore removed my defective undercar shield for me for free. As such negligence is not acceptable, I am glad Jiffy Lube was able to resolve the issue, professionally. After all, Jiffy Lube is not as bad as the stereotypes stand, at least for my experience.
