I must say the service at this shop was excellent. The staff is knowledgeable and very helpful. They will take good care of you. I really appreciate all your team did for me, and what they do every day for others!

Overall was good. Was there about an hour. My car was second in line and was in the service bay for a majority of the time. Was greeted immediately upon arrival and offered bottled water. My only issue was a staff member in the lobby taking a training course was on their phone and was cursing while on the phone loud enough for entire lobby to hear

These men were the nicest crew I’ve encountered (and trust me, I’m a jiffy lube girly who’s been all over the triangle). I came in last minute due to my own schedule and the men kindly squeezed me in once I told them about my trip tomorrow. They were fast and efficient and never made me feel bad about being the last customer of the day. I appreciate their professionalism to help make sure I’m safe on the road.

The service and employees are great but it did take me 3 times going there to actually be there when the state inspector was also there.

I came in for a state inspection, and they took my car right away as soon as I arrived. The whole process was quick and smooth. The staff were very friendly and attentive - really appreciated the great service.

Kevin took care of a tire and rotor issue I’ve been having. He was fast, explained the issue to me, and even gave me suggestions on further repairs I may need in the future. i would give Kevin 6/5 stars if i could. he was so understanding and helpful with our late oil change. he was genuinely an angel in hard times and we are forever grateful for his kindness and patience. the oil change took less than 15 minutes and everyone who helped us was such a gem. thank you to Kevin, Eric, Marquis, and whoever else made our day this morning :) ??

Today I received the best service ever. I went in for an inspection and when it was time for me to leave it was raining really really hard. The young man who had met me outside when I pulled the car in took my car back around into the bay so I did not have to go out in the rain and I thought that was so nice. I thanked him and he said to me"we would treat you no differently than we would our mother or our sister". And that really stuck with me.

The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely hospitable. This was exceptional since I am from MD and visiting NC due to a family matter when my oil light came on. Most appreciated!! ??

When I visited this past week, I had a disappointing experience due to an interaction with a staff member who was disrespectful. Fortunately, I was able to speak with both the manager and district manager, and they took the time to listen to my concerns and work toward a resolution. Their professionalism and willingness to communicate made a significant difference. When issues are handled with honesty and respect, it can turn a negative experience into one that restores confidence and maintains a positive customer relationship. Thank you for taking my concerns seriously and for making the effort to resolve the situation.

I went here on a Sunday at 3pm needing my oil changed quickly due to an oil leak and oil being low. They were able to get me right in and only took about 10-15 min for them to located the leak, fix it and change my oil. Kevin was very helpful. I will be going back!

They DO NOT DO NC State Inspections at this location, but other Jiffy Lubes do.

Typical Jiffy thing apparently : I went for an oil change and drain plug was not tightened well enough. Luckily nothing drastic happened as I was able to detect the issue fast enough hours later. I parked the car overnight and notified JIFFY the next morning. They located my vehicle and proceed to another oil change on the spot, furthermore removed my defective undercar shield for me for free. As such negligence is not acceptable, I am glad Jiffy Lube was able to resolve the issue, professionally. After all, Jiffy Lube is not as bad as the stereotypes stand, at least for my experience.
