I had a wonderful evening experience this morning. Even with other car issues that needed to be addressed staff was not pushy. I had a terrible experience with AAA so I was a little anxious,but the staff understood and assured me my truck was taken care of. I was in and out quickly.

I had such a great experience here! The entire team was incredibly friendly and made me feel genuinely welcome and valued. As a young woman, it can sometimes feel intimidating going in for car service, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. They took the time to clearly explain the different oil options and pricing without trying to upsell me or push unnecessary add-ons. Gyiano handled my checkout and was especially personable. He went above and beyond! The manager popped in while I was waiting and made a little joke, which made the whole visit more enjoyable. It’s those small touches that really make a difference when you’re doing something as routine as an oil change. I highly recommend this place—this team truly deserves recognition for their excellent service!

Had a great experience at Jiffy Libe in brier creek! Taryn customer service and professionalism was superb, and Wilson did an excellent job with my radiator coolant flush/cabin filter replacement.

I went in on yesterday to get my car serviced and Taryn M went over the manufacturer recommendations with me and told me where I was with everything. I opted to get a few of them taken care of and she walked me through everything and made sure that I was comfortable with everything.

Very well maintained and celarly explained what need to be done immediately and what need to be talen care and need to change in future

My experience was amazing! Everyone who worked on my car and also the lady at the front desk (Nekia) were great. The customer service was great and before doing anything on my car they explained everything to me. I will definitely be back!!!

He probably won't see this review but there was a technician that helped me today. He changed my flat out with my spare. I was really anxious and stressed and he could tell. In that moment he gave me a huge hug and told me whatever was going on was going to be okay. I can't express how much that meant to me. All I can say is that I hope your pockets are always full, the wind is always at your back, and that you always catch the green lights. The world needs more people like you in it. Shoutout to Kevin and the whole crew too! I’ve gotten my oil changed here twice now, and I’ll say as a young woman I’ve been to a couple shops where people treat me (and charge me $$$) like I don’t know what I’m doing. This whole place has always been insanely respectful of both my time and wallet. If you’re able to get your car serviced here, do it!
