Friendly, informative service men

The young fellas who helped us with our car today did a great job. We have a 26 year-old car so it was a little different from what they’re used to. But they did a great job and the guy who seemed to be the manager, or at least one of the senior more experienced workers was especially thorough and good.. thanks to all

The people were nice there, the price was not bad,. I was there a little longer than I wanted to be for an inspection. However, I’m always in a rush. I would use them again. Everybody was nice.

Brought my lady in to get her car service and everyone was nice. Mandy was very nice getting us in and checked out. Was also glad to see a female tech out there. Super nice girl also! All the guys seemed to be pretty quick as well! Thank you for a pretty quick service. Will be back

I took my Subaru here for inspection and emissions testing for my car registration. The whole process went very smooth, easy and fast. I was out of there in 20 minutes. Turns out I needed new windshield wipers to pass inspection, and they can do that service also. Cade Turner assisted me and also informed me that I would need all 4 tires replaced soon. That was valuable information and I told him I was going to take care of it soon. He didn't try to sales talk me on other things cuz I just found out online that they do other important basic car maintenance services. Surely I will be coming back for next time for inspection and emissions needs.

I was in an out

I got burned by another chain oil change spot as a teen, so I kept trying to find someone I could trust. I tried this Jiffy Lube a couple of years ago, and have only been here since! Seems like a fairly high turnaround, new faces every visit, but they ALWAYS impress. Have always been efficient, not pushy on suggestions, and usually I get the digital visual of my car's inspection. I didn't today, but I still had an excellent visit with a great price (always have coupons running!) and great service.

Whole crew was great and did an amazing job today.

Had an diesel oil change on my gmc 2500 Denali and once I pulled out into the middle of the road the oil all spilled out, apparently a bad gasket on the filter. The shop manager was very apologetic and came to the rescue. While in the middle of a busy road he removed the filter, replaced it, and added new rotella oil. I pulled back into the shop and they topped the oil off and degreased the truck from all the spillage. Things happen but it's how you respond that matters. I have a long trip back to TN and thankful I was taken care of.

Labor Day Heroes at Jiffy Lube – Wilmington, NC On Labor Day, I found myself in a tough spot—two damaged tires, both rapidly losing air. I drove to multiple auto shops, only to find them closed early for the holiday. Just when I thought I was out of options, I pulled into Jiffy Lube at the last minute and was met by three incredible workers who were literally about to close up shop. They were unbelievably kind, friendly, and helpful. Without hesitation, they identified multiple issues with my tires and got to work. Although new tires needed to be ordered and couldn’t be delivered that day, they didn’t let that stop them. They filled both tires with air, patched them up, and made sure I could safely get to my destination. They even stayed an hour past closing—just to help me. I would assume they weren’t even getting paid at that point, but they didn’t care. They were simply there to help. I had my two sons with me, and I was in tears from the stress. These three men not only fixed my tires—they comforted me, reassured me, and treated me with such compassion and benevolence that I was genuinely moved. In over 20 years of driving, I have NEVER experienced anything like it. They did not charge me a cent. They stayed late, likely unpaid, and helped purely out of the kindness of their hearts. Cody, in particular, was exceptional. His warmth and generosity stood out, and I’ll never forget it. I was honestly shocked by how caring and selfless all 3 of them were. It was absolutely unbelievable! Not only have they earned my trust, respect, and lifelong gratitude—I will always return to this Jiffy Lube whenever I’m in Wilmington. But more than that, because of these three extraordinary individuals, I’ve decided to start going to Jiffy Lube wherever I am from now on. Their kindness, integrity, compassion, and willingness to help in a moment of real need has left a lasting impression on me. It is incredibly rare to find people this thoughtful and selfless, and I will never forget what they did for me. I’m truly thankful—and extremely grateful. Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart! ???
