What a shop! Didn't know this type of service existed anymore!! Kudos to you all ! Very good employees, knowlageable & personable. Found a minor problem & brought it to my attention. Best experience in a longtime!

Nick got me all set up with an estimate before I entered the bay. I appreciate the upfrontness. The price increase makes it kind of hard to come back. Without the discount coupon I received, the service would have been $30+ more expensive than the competitors. Everyone working at this location was very nice, efficient and informative! Great experience.

They were very busy with inspections so smartly set up all 3 stalls to handle the inspections. I don’t know of any other place that would have done that.

Service technicians were very he, great knowledge of explaining findings that recommend needing done besides oil change and tire rotation. We're very courteous after everything was finished and walked to car with their umbrella since was heavily raining and opened car door for me to get in and close it gently when I was in seat.

I usually stop at this facility for an annual safety inspection. The check in process was very smooth. The manager was polite and professional. At no time did anyone try to upsell unwanted services.

I just love how fast and efficient everyone was. Ive always went to the location in Leland and it is always a pleasant visit as well. Jiffy Lube will always be my first pick.. oh.. and i love the fact that you can wait in your car while the service is happening.

Quick professional service!

I had a pleasant experience at the Jiffy Lub on Market St. They did what I asked and even read the code on my vehicle as well. They were professional and very respectful.

I received an oil change and a car inspection. They were very nice. They did not have my windshield wipers in stock to pass my car inspection, so they placed an order with O'reilly's. And they are able to put them on in no time.

Genuinely the best staff out of anywhere I’ve been. Any time my car has a problem I feel less stress knowing the people here will take care of it. They prolly getting sick of seeing me but I’ve been to a lot of mechanics in Wilmington and this is the best location because it has the best people!

I was in complete peril with a check engine light came on, on a Sunday. Jiffy Lube was open and went out of the way to provide honest and cost effective service. They are my go to for any issues with a car.

No sense of urgency with employees. This is supposed to be a Quick oil change service. Pulled in and was being patient then a vehicle pulled in after me and was serviced ahead of me. Seemed to be lack of coordination between employees. As my oil was being changed, I was told I needed a new serpentine belt. After the belt was removed, I asked to look at it. I’m not a mechanic, but I’m not ignorant. The belt seemed to be in excellent condition. But since they Had already changed it I didn’t think I had much of an argument. I have been going there for several years and this is the worst service I have received. Then to top it off the tech who changed the oil never bothered to wipe the excess off and then when I came out to my vehicle the next morning, there’s a big oil spot in my driveway. Last time I will be visiting this location. I am updating this review based on a phone call I received from Jiffy lube, general manager of this region by the name of Dylan Pate this morning. I was happy to hear that they had genuine concern about my experience at their location on market Street. He was very understanding and apologetic, polite, and professional. This problem has since been resolved. Thank you, Dylan. Much appreciated.

Friendly, informative service men

The young fellas who helped us with our car today did a great job. We have a 26 year-old car so it was a little different from what they’re used to. But they did a great job and the guy who seemed to be the manager, or at least one of the senior more experienced workers was especially thorough and good.. thanks to all

The people were nice there, the price was not bad,. I was there a little longer than I wanted to be for an inspection. However, I’m always in a rush. I would use them again. Everybody was nice.

Brought my lady in to get her car service and everyone was nice. Mandy was very nice getting us in and checked out. Was also glad to see a female tech out there. Super nice girl also! All the guys seemed to be pretty quick as well! Thank you for a pretty quick service. Will be back
