Every time I go to Jiffy Lube, they always do such an amazing job. They are very courteous, they are understanding they take their time and they always get it right. I will always go to Jiffy Lube.

I had an excellent experience with Taiwan Harper today! He was very friendly & polite & answered all the questions I had about getting my vehicle inspected for the first time. He even checked my tire pressure for me last minute & had a great & positive attitude. 10/10 recommend him!

I had my oil changed, tires rotated, and car inspected. Everyone working there was kind and they finished all or the services quickly!

The staff at the Stratford Rd location are always so kind and helpful, and the service is efficient and thorough. I went for an annual inspection and they topped off my washer fluid without charge.

Super friendly - they were very quick on everything I needed - I had an oil change, state inspection, and needed an headlight bulb put in as well - they had me in an out in no time - they also kept me updated every step of the way - also make sure to go online and check for coupons they are super simple to use

This (Stratford Road, Winston Salem NC), is the best Jiffy Lube location, hands down. Everyone is so friendly, courteous, and fast. One time I came here for what I thought was a simple coolant level check, and they noticed a very serious issue I wouldn't have noticed, and gave me essential and free advice about what to do next. Another time, I had a blown turn signal and they changed the bulb for me in a couple of minutes free of charge. Today, I got my state inspection done so quickly that I barely had time to get settled in the waiting room. This is always my first stop for car care. They treat you like family.
