Manager was very helpful and went out of his way to show me what my truck needed done to it and also replaced important oil to drive train

I went to Jiffy Lube on Stratford road for an inspection and I had a great visit. I was great by such a nice gentleman named Brian who assisted me. He was really understanding and caring to what I needed done. When I checked out Stan assisted me and let me know make sure I remember my car takes a special kind of oil. Im so grateful to finally be able to find a business I can trust and rely on. If you need an inspection head to Jiffy Lube. And ask for Brian. And I was in and out in no time. Again thank you Brian and Stan.

Great customer service! Water was available and employees treated everyone with equality. Front clerk was very polite and helped make the process fast and simple.
