I love the way they thoroughly go over the whole vehicle and not just worry about the oil change. Jiffy Lube is a great place to go to make sure that all the aspects of your vehicle will be running smoothly when you leave the store.

This crew was able to get my oil changed and remove a mouse nest in a quick amount of time. Wait-time for service was almost minimal. This is a quick and efficent service.

Great speed of service and customer care. Got my oil changed and radiator flushed in a very timely and professional manner. Technicians were very knowledgeable and helpful. I went in for an oil change and knew my 40k service was due. The mechanic clearly explained what was needed for both services, showed me the air filters, and did not pressure me in making the decision I needed at the time. I received a quote on the 40k service and intend to go back soon to complete it because I felt informed, respected, and comfortable knowing I won't be pressured into additional unneeded services.

The staff was very friendly and professional. We pulled right up and were done and on our way in no time!

Came in for a quick checkup and an oil change. These guys had me back on the road in no time; didn't keep a timer, but I believe it was around 35 minutes. Not bad considering I came in without warning and asked them to check the tires and fluids in addition to the oil change. Excellent work.

I had a minor accident that damaged my oil pan, and the team at Jiffy Lube in Bismarck went above and beyond to help me. From the moment I arrived, they were kind, caring, and incredibly accommodating during a stressful situation. They took the time to explain everything, worked efficiently, and made the whole process easy. It’s rare to find service that’s not only helpful but genuinely compassionate. I’m very grateful for their professionalism and support, and I highly recommend this location.

I got my oil changed there recently, and it was quick instant, and basically I was in and out. The gentleman who worked there made me feel like I was a NASCAR pitstop. Not only I appreciate the service for my car loved it and made my car feel very important. The price was a little high, but It was arguably worth every penny

Went in with a 1994 a Jeep Cherokee that the guy I bought it from neglected. Went in for an oil change and I walked out paying more than just the oil change(I expected to) but got a care plan and a lot of things checked off the list. Will definitely be going back.

Staff was courteous and professional. Very thorough on checking everything.

They got me in right away and did an amazing job, they even vacuumed the front seat, I live in the country and there was a lot of gravel from all this muddy weather. I'll definitely keep going back
