Good experience , quick in and out. Still not quite the well oiled machine as it was in the 1990s. Workers use safety calls and work efficiently. Showed me my air filter to upscale. And gave choices of oil and return mileage reminder. Employees could present better groomed and kempt clothing. Waiting area clean and basic comfortable. I did not like the large sticker covering the window to the bay area as I do like to watch work being done. Employees friendly and efficient.

Always have great customer service and are friendly

Customer service was very helpful identifying and coming up with a solution to my specific problem. Even tough the issue with my transmission was more work than they originally bargained for, I still only had to pay what they quoted me on the phone. I would recommend anybody who has problems with their car regarding transmission fluid go to Jiffy Lube on 13th in Fargo! 10/10

It was great, it really didn’t take much time to get my oil changed.

I had a great experience at this Jiffy Lube. Besides a standard oil change, I asked them to check and top off my differential fluid since I have a problem with a slow leak. They didn’t hesitate to say yes. It’s actually in a very difficult spot to get at, so it took some time but they got it done. Since it wasn’t a standard service, they also gave me a very reasonable price, especially given the amount of time they had to spend on it. Highly recommend this place.
