Migrants an oil change. They were extremely helpful and listened. Told me things I needed to know about my car but no pressure sales tactics!

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube for my oil change service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was professional, friendly, and very efficient. They got my vehicle checked in quickly and explained everything clearly without trying to pressure me into unnecessary services. The technicians were knowledgeable and worked fast while still paying attention to detail. They completed the oil change quicker than I expected and also checked over my fluids, tire pressure, and overall vehicle condition to make sure everything was good to go. I really appreciated how transparent and respectful they were throughout the entire visit. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and the customer service was top-notch from start to finish. My vehicle is running smooth, and I left feeling confident the job was done right. It’s hard to find places that combine speed, honesty, and quality service this well. Highly recommend Jiffy Lube if you’re looking for a trustworthy place for an oil change and routine maintenance. I’ll definitely be coming back for future services!

Everybody was so nice to me

The Bellevue Jiffy Lube has become my favorite spot to go for the services they provide. It’s closer to my home and the employees are personable and friendly. I trust their work, recommendations and knowledge.

Marcia was the technician that worked on my car and she is absolutely amazing.She got it done quick and efficiently. Was absolutely super polite and had me laugh in the whole time. The guys there are always doing absolutely amazing work. And I highly recommend, then for all of your car, keep up maintaining needs.

I’ve been coming to this location for 3 years now and they always treat me wonderfully! Make sure I have everything I need to keep my car running smooth. Can’t go wrong!

The service was fast and the price was good. But they charge to fill your fluids. Valvoline does not charge you.

Jarret is a best

Jarrett was the best!! Helped me and my friend in a pinch, we were thankful for his help and his kind demeanor. Going to the auto shop shouldn’t be painful and he made sure we had a good experience!

George, the manager, took care of everything I needed and did it in record time! I've used these guys before and have NEVER been disappointed! I'll keep going back!
