Quick and great services

RJ and Jacob M. I don’t know if they’ve been doing oil changes for a long time, but I have never experienced such professional, efficient and kind service. They worked like a well oil machine. Communicated well, with each other and us, (the customers). It was fun to watch them work and handled our car with care. They were quick and happy to answer any of our questions and remarks. They took care of our air filter that we kept forgetting about. They represent Jiffy Lube well, they were outstanding and made the experience easy and wonderful. I want them to know that. I want Jiffy Lube as a company to know they have good staff on board at this location and to do everything in their power to keep them around. Thank you again, RJ and Jacob The Nissan Altima with the cracked windshield and cracked windshield wiper fluid box. :)

I was so impressed with Zach at this location!!! I arrived in the predicament that my skid plate had been bouncing & dragging down the street for two days hoping that they had a quick fix. I pulled in and Zach went extra lengths to get the right skid plate screws and I was out of there in less than an hour! In a world where time is money, and nobody ever seems to go the extra step with Customer Service because ‘it’s not their job’, this guy absolutely delivered 110%. This is where you win customers for life ????. Thanks Zach!

Yesterday I had a very bad experience with them… I used to change oil and oil filter for my two vehicles regularly since 2021… Yesterday Saturday 3/21/2026 I went there for an oil change and they replaced a cabin and air filter without at least ask me if I wanna do that and charged me $80 for only these two filters… They just did that and gave me the receipt and when I checked it I found that they charged me the filters… They didn’t even checked the tires pressure.. It’s Really a Very Bad experience …?????? NOT recommended any more … Will move to another auto shop…. ???????????? Monday morning I’ve received a call from the store manager regarding this issue, and they apologized of what was happening and they thankfully made a FULL REFUND for the service I had and they gave me 15% off for the next service… This is the ideal way to deal with the customers … Thank you Jjffy Lube for putting customers on the top… Many thanks…??????????

Today, I had my engined serviced for an oil change by Jiffy Lube and I was thoroughly impressed with their exceptional customer service. Their staff were incredibly helpful, answering all my questions promptly and efficiently. I'm impressed with the additional free light inspection, as I never know when one of my lights is out. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and assured that my car lights, blinkers, high beams and brake lights were all in working condition.
