Yesterday I had a very bad experience with them… I used to change oil and oil filter for my two vehicles regularly since 2021… Yesterday Saturday 3/21/2026 I went there for an oil change and they replaced a cabin and air filter without at least ask me if I wanna do that and charged me $80 for only these two filters… They just did that and gave me the receipt and when I checked it I found that they charged me the filters… They didn’t even checked the tires pressure.. It’s Really a Very Bad experience …?????? NOT recommended any more … Will move to another auto shop…. ???????????? Monday morning I’ve received a call from the store manager regarding this issue, and they apologized of what was happening and they thankfully made a FULL REFUND for the service I had and they gave me 15% off for the next service… This is the ideal way to deal with the customers … Thank you Jjffy Lube for putting customers on the top… Many thanks…??????????

Came into the shop last minute and the employees were extremely welcoming and helpful. I know I don’t like getting work right before closing time, but they were more than willing to help out and got my car finished in a timely manner.
