My experience with this Jiffy Lube. Everyone was friendly and professional. Customer service was excellent.

Each and every time that I visit the Juffy Lube on 72nd Street, I always get the best service from Troy, Joe and Juda. Thank you guys for being so friendly, knowledgeable and kind.

They staff is so kind and helpful. Manager is very professional and he and his staff took care of me with kindbess and patience.

Best customer service. A good place to come down and get your oil changed

I was heading out of town late, driving back to Minnesota, and I was incredibly thankful to run into Dakota and Hayden on a Thursday night just MINUTES before closing. Not only did they take me in, but they stayed late and worked hard on my vehicle well past closing time. That kind of dedication is rare. I truly appreciate these two gentlemen—their work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed. Employees like this deserve recognition, promotions, and raises. Hard work and outstanding customer service like this should always be rewarded relentlessly. Thank you again, Dakota and Hayden!

Best service I've ever had getting oil changed. They were fast and didn't try to upcharge me at all.

I was able to get an oil change in about 10 minutes without leaving my vehicle. The gentlemen that worked there were kind and didn't try to upsell anything. I will be back.

Decota did a wonderful job on my headlight restoration! He took his time and made sure I was satisfied. Leo is always on top of things with exceptional customer service. The big box auto center (W) provided this service for a cheaper price of course but they don’t provide a lifetime warranty. Additionally, the other big box employees do NOT enjoy their jobs. They are overwhelmed, underpaid and understaffed and it shows in their faces and substandard daily operations, making customer service unsatisfactory. Will visit JL for selected maintenance services because I enjoy an overall good experience, even if it’s a few more coins.
