I would give ten stars if I could. I usually get very wary and anxious of going to new service places because I have had bad experiences before. I work down the street and I desperately needed an oil change because my sedan was yelling at me to do it. I drove over at about 5:15 PM which I felt bad about because it was near to close, and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They drove my car into the bay, and I waited inside. Kevin who works here is exceptional. Really knowledgeable and professional. I think the staff here was honest, genuine and they also are very fairly priced, they are cheaper than competitors and I honesty feel like so much more comfortable given that there is a personable and committed team. I felt very supported and I will come here for all my service. You can go get an oil change anywhere, but you very rarely get people who care about you and your car, so this was a worthwhile investment. Very lucky to have gone here.

Alex, Jacob, Corina are respectful, honest and hard working. 3 people I would do anything to keep so my business would keep going.

So I definitely recommend this place cuz I spoke to an employee named Dennis I told him my situation cuz my daughter had driving nd hada make sure all of my lights worked and he went over and beyond to try nd help me find my light nd replace it for me. Ty Dennis!!!!

Great service this morning, 2/10/25, had an appointment for a state inspection at 9AM. Was out by 9:15 and couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend this location!

I have never used a drive-through oil change service before, but I definitely will be coming back to Jiffy Lube in Derry. In and out within 30 minutes without an appointment, didn't try to upsell me on expensive repairs. The free car wash is a plus!

This place was lightning fast and extremely quick to get an appointment. It's definitely my go-to for all of my vehicles needs from now on.

I take both of my cars to this location in Derry, NH. The employees there are always super friendly, informative, and quick. I also appreciate that they don't try to sell a bunch of stuff I don't need, but they will let you know if there's something you should be concerned about. It's really a no-pressure place with a great team. I hope it always stays like that.

Quick service for oil change, people are polite and helpful

I have been bringing my personal vehicles to Jiffy Lube for about 4 years now. They are always trust worthy, fast and friendly. They never try to oversell me. Always honest. I have gotten oil changes regularly and have now had two brake services done by them. My job as a delivery driver and as a single mom relies on a safe vehicle, fast service and not breaking the bank. I appreciate the Derry location so much for checking all of those boxes.
