I love this place, honest and reliable. I looked at all the reviews and it seems to me the negative ones.... just want thier money back for services that were needed. They just didn't want to pay.

Stopped by on Friday to get an oil change. Staff was incredibly friendly, not long of a wait and the didn’t try to upsell me anything. On Saturday something did seem right, it is a 2010 with high miles so things happen. I stopped back in to have them take a look. The were again kind, listened to my concerns and started to trouble shoot. They found a spark plug/coil was loose and checked the rest and tightened as needed. They could have told me it needed all spark plugs replaced, but they didn’t. They instead addressed the immediate issue, described the problem and we agreed to see if the tightening corrected the issue. Truck has been running so much better! The issue they fixed had nothing to do with the service provided the day prior. I also witnessed the kindness to another customer who had time to go shopping. When her car was done, a mechanic helped load up her bags while she checked out. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube. Thank you for being honest and willing to listen to my concerns.

I love these places because they have information on me wherever I go and they are super efficient. I don't have to get out of my car. Pay naturally upsell me and I usually say no, because I need to ask my husband first.

They filled my washer fluid for free then gave me some solid advice where prompto charges for fluid

Dennis and Ben are the best! They went above and beyond for me! They fixed my tail light that was out, fixed my windshield washer fluid funnel, did my oil change, cleaned my battery, and filled all my tires. Super friendly and I wouldn’t bring my car anywhere else!!! They are incredible

Super quick & friendly

I stumbled into this store when I moved, and have not left because of the incredible way they have treated me

I needed my headlights replaces, and a directional changed. I had the headlights, but my ham fists could not fit in the tiny space the engineers supplied, so I had a pro do it. They charged me for the replacement directional and Nothing for the labor. They have become my primary mechanics.

This is the stand-out place to get your oil changed around here. If you like the "franchise oil change treatment", (which I do) then you should check them out, They do everything by the book, have a great (not just good) attitude and make it seem casual.

I went in for an inspection today and they were very thorough. The prices for maintenance I needed to pass inspection was reasonable.

S. Willow St. Manchester, NH Jiffy Lube is my new favorite facility for my car maintenance. Friendly and knowledgeable staff and I was fortunate to arrive with a wait time of less than 20 minutes. True professionals!

Quick and efficient.

I had a great experience at Jiffy Lube today, made extra positive after negative experiences at other quick-service providers in the area. I will now only use Jiffy Lube when in need of an oil change in the area. Quick, communicative, fair price. Cody was awesome and I really appreciate the thorough and prompt service he provided.

Had to get an oil change on July 4th and the team went above and beyond on their service despite the holiday. Victor and the rest of the team deserve a raise!

Best place EVER to get your it'll changed or light bulb replaced, especially if you're in a hurry.. great people, great service! Worth every penny

I brought my car in for an oil change without making an appointment, and they still had me in and out of there in a timely manner! I also had no idea how high the pricing for an oil change had got, but they worked with me and I ended up finding a coupon on their site which helped make my oil change more affordable. I also had my heat in my other vehicle fixed there a few months ago and they were incredible then too. Adam was great and while I don't remember the guys name that did my oil change he was great too!

I went in for an inspection. I needed brake pads for it to pass. She ordered the pads, did the work and I was out of there in no time! She is very loving and caring and wanted to make sure I was happy with everything before I left! She is unlike anyone I’ve ever met in this kind of business! I appreciate it so much!
