Went there for a typical oil change yesterday. They had me in and out in no time. They let me know if there was anything else needed to be done with the vehicle, put not overpushy about it. It's a good crew that is there right now!

I went to the jiffy lube in plaistow on route 125 today. The manager there was extremely helpful and friendly and professional I would recommend this location to everyone

I had the most amazing experience. I went to the Plaistow location and met Dennis, he is the best I’ve ever used (we actually use our dealership or a family dealer and we’re always over charged!) Dennis helped me every step through and told me everything that could wait, everything that’s needed to be done right away, and absolutely deserves more money than he’s being paid! My car sounds and feels better than she ever has and I’ve never been happy!

Dennis and Frank did a great job they even cleaned my battery top off so it’s life will last longer I highly recommend coming here. I have been for years and trust them.

Quick and easy! Gave advice on optional services but did not pressure to buy them.

I went to the Haverhill location and was asked to go to the shop in Plaistow because the tech said he just clocked out to take a break and he was alone mind you the place was empty no customers. If you can't do oil changes alone then maybe close the shop or hire more people. Justin & Bryan at the Plaistow location were great they apologized for the other location took my car right in.

The crew here is very proffessional and top notch. Been bringing all my vehicles here for over 20 years.

Quick, friendly service by staff who are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to fix a problem. I love that they always vacuum the interior. I even got a $25 gift card reward for getting a full synthetic oil change!

Went in for a sticker. Done in a few minutes.

The only thing I would say I thought they checked your tires. They always use to But one of my tires was very low when I pulled in. Much to my surprise it was the same when done

I was extremely pleased with the service I received at Jiffy Lube. The staff was professional, courteous and very helpful with a question I had. I’ve been to a few Jiffy Lubes and this one was the BEST by far.

I've been going to this Jiffy Lube since I got my driver's license and I've only ever had a great experience with customer service and price, and I've never been nickel and dimed for any extras which is rare these days

Quality work done in great time for same day service

Fast state inspection. When everyone else told me to call in a week. Jiffy lube took 30minutes or less the same day, no appointment needed!!! A busy mom's best friend!
