They did a great job and were also fast. I love that they check and top off my fluids and the air in my tires. I’m not young any more and neither is my car. Still, everyone in the shop was polite, professional and friendly and didn’t treat me like an idiot. I’ll be going back again.

I was having trouble with changing the bulb on my license plate and stopped at Jiffy hoping they would be able to help, and John went above and beyond to help me, even though they were closing. He was for sure ready to go home and it's about 10 degrees outside, but with frozen hands he got the stubborn bulb out, and never gave one complaint. I am extremely grateful to John for his kindness.

Austin performed my service Flawlessly and efficiently! Great attitude and respect for the customer. I wish more locations had techs of his caliber. It's no surprise he is a Manager of another location! ( Nashua NH )-( he was filling in at the Salem location due to staffing shortages=dedication right there! ) He definitely earned my future business!!

Excellent break service on my GTI on top of that Jiffy Lube was the only shop to meet the challenge of my break locks and managed to get them off without the key. They did great work and I would recommend anyone to Jiffy Lube especially to Randall the Technician that worked on my vehicle at The Salem NH Location

Very impressed with this Jiffy Lube! I know not all Jiffy Lubes are a 5 start experience- I was a little hesitant to even come here for an oil change but one of the attendants, Randel, who seemed to be running things definitely seemed to know what he was doing. I was in and out, the space was clean and it seemed like a well run shop.

I had an excellent experience at this location today. The service was prompt, and the team made me feel truly welcome. Both Randel and Jimmy were outstanding—professional, courteous, and attentive. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this place to others.

I had an excellent experience with Jiffy Lube. From the second they picked up the phone to the moment they handed me my keys back, they were great to work with. I had a unique situation with my SUV that Randall was extremely helpful with. My family and I were so grateful for his help and guidance. He really knows his role well. I highly recommend their services!

Good Service

Honestly, I like this location. It's the only one I go to. It's just a shame every time I come here, there's only ever two people here. They're very understaffed. They they always do good work, and I always appreciate them taking care of my car. I still wouldn't go anywhere else. Just be prepared to wait.

I needed a quick oil change so I went here on an afternoon hoping to just be in and out and everyone was super nice and easy going. they weren't pushy and salesy at all which i appreciated. I will be back if I have need any car work

My local shop is always quick and efficient. We've been using the Salem location for years and trust the technicians advice, always feeling safer when we leave knowing an educated professional reviewed and took the time to explain in detail. Technicians Jimmy and Tyler are the real deal, you can tell after a short time interacting with them that they are experts in their field, as well as honest and caring! The Jiffy lube experience is always excellent, however its the technicians like Jimmy and Tylor who keep people like myself loyal to this specific location (next to jay gee's and crackd' on 28). Give these guy a raise!

I had an excellent experience at Jiffy Lube with Randy! The oil change was quick and efficient, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service. Randy was incredibly professional and made the whole process easy to understand. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the high level of service I received. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube location—definitely a 5-star experience!

Randall and Jimmy do such a great job and go above and beyond for customers! I have come 2 different times with my toddler and they make what I thought would be stressful thing a quick in and out oil change.

I had a great experience here. The mechanics are always very helpful and fast! The manager is very kind and approachable. They did their best to accommodate my busy schedule.

This Jiffy Lube location always get the job done and go above and beyond to make sure your car has the basic maintenance done to be safe on the road! Cadillac dealership wanted to charge me $800 for a transmission fluid changed and jiffy lube did it for $189 and the car drives much better and faster! Randel goes above and beyond to make sure customers are getting taken care of fast! he's the man!

Went in for an oil change. While being out of state and unfamiliar with the area, I was greeted by a very kind gentleman named Randel Lindsey. Very helpful, as well as informative about the store, products and also made sure I had good wipers since it was raining. He was a reason I would come back to that store anytime.Thanks!

I wanted to rave about Jiffy lube's employee for a second! (I wish I could remember his name, I Think It's Bruce)... But anyways he was amazing yesterday! He was by himself and super swamped all day and I just so happened to come 5 minutes before his lunch. I could tell he was tired from a full day's Work So I told him I had no problem waiting 45 minutes For him to take his break.... About 5 minutes later, he comes back and decided to take care of My oil change, Despite clearly needing a break. He is a selfless employee and super kind and helpful, when he totally didn't have to go above and beyond! I'll definitely be back for future oil changes, despite living over an hour away. Kudos to him, give this man a raise! ????

Great service. Super fast. Very nice staff. I was there at 0800 when they opened and they had me out the door in less than 30 minutes. They made sure my car was safe to drive all the way to Florida. AMAZING!

The service was a little more expensive than I expected. However, I was very satisfied with the outcome.

I always take my fleet vehicle to Jiffy Lube because it’s super easy (don’t need a card or anything, everything is on file). Got my oil change from a guy named Taylor S, and he was super nice and friendly, 10/10 would go back again :)

I love the staff at Jiffy in Salem, N.H. they are always pleasant, and are the best. I been coming here for a couple years now. And, Mike is an awesome mechanic. Keep up the great work.
