Everyone's always been super nice whenever I've gone in, and I never feel pressured into purchasing anything, which is a relief! Also, I was kindly helped out immediately after this last snowstorm by two guys I'm sad to say I didn't get the names of, but I can't express how appreciative I am to them and for that whole experience!

Service was fast. I called ahead of time to check pricing and they picked up the phone right away. The only negative is that I went into the appointment knowing all four of my tires were low. They didn't check it so when they pulled it out I had to ask him to bring it back in and fill the tires. They did so quickly.

Always go to Jiffy Lube its a no brainer.

The mechanic of the south broadway Salem nh location is great. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and provides timely service.

This PARTICULAR Jiffy Lube was good. Specifically Mike who replaced the engine in my car that had seized up. The Jiffy Lube in Beverly MA is another story. They failed to tighten the drain plug when they changed my oil and all the oil blew out and caused the seizure. To Jiffy Lube's credit, the engine was replaced and all related costs were covered at no cost to me.

Gabe the manager is a freaking rock star. His team was friendly, we brought our dog they got him some water. He was honest about what was needed and what wasn't. Had us in and out in 20-25minutes. 5 star service highly recommended.

Brought in my Truck today for an oil change excellent service and great customer service as well, the ratings are underrated would definitely check this place out; manageable prices making it an easy pick. Also Hunter an employee of jiffy lube great at what he does, completed all services in a timely manner, funny dude definitely an asset to the business.

I went to Jiffy Lube in Salem, NH today. The tech was extremely helpful and no wait. I will continue to take my car here for oil changes.

I’ve used it this establishment as my go-to oil change place for the last three years. I’ve yet to be disappointed in any way, shape or form with their expediency, courteousness or professionalism. I highly recommend them.

Honestly, one of the BEST places I have gone to get an oil change. The customer service provided is AMAZING. My oil change never lasts more than 20 minutes, which the waiting room is quite comfy. The staff is beyond friendly, going out of their way to even vacuum my area and show me a few tricks in regards to my car. Plus their are always coupons online!

I went in for an oil change and they caught that my radiator hose was just starting to fail - They were able to quickly get the part and fix it even though my truck is 50 years old. Price was excellent too.

I had the best experience this morning. I had both a state inspection and tire rotation done. The standard services were performed in a timely manner. What I really wanted to comment on was the staff. They were all very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. They spoke with me so respectfully and were very helpful. Kudos to giving me faith in humanity again!
