There was an older gentleman (forgot his name, sorry!) who greeted me as I pulled up & asked what I was hoping to have done. He had me wait inside while he took a look. He came inside & explained what he found. He was patient and kind in his explanation; he didn't patronize me just because I'm a woman (like other car places I've been to). I really appreciated this. He explained about the oil gauge, the air filter (its coloring & what it meant), the percentage of the life of the battery and a few other things. When he did up the total for me, I showed him a coupon and he made sure I got the discount. The price was a lot cheaper for all the work they did (parts too) compared to the dealership where I bought the car & usually take my car. Jiffy Lube will be the place I go to for all my car concerns going forward!

I went to four other places for a quick oil change and they all turned me away. Robert was amazing. He was literally waiting at the door to greet me, and they took my car right back within a minute of me walking in. Robert didn’t try to pressure me into any unnecessary services and took the time to review a few issues he had resolved while I waited. I was in and out within 45 minutes and couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful service I received. Because of Robert, the ease of the visit, and the professionalism, this will now be my go-to place. Thank you, Robert! 10/10 stars — highly recommend to everyone! ?????

Was there early in the morning. Easy and simple. In and out smoothly.

This shop is legit. Quick, efficient, and helpful customer service. Confirmed afterwards oil is clean and at the right level, correct filter installed. Tire rotation is only $30 and they accepted the website coupon. They even opened up the old filter and checked for metal shavings which is a first for me. Very happy with service and professionalism.

Was in and out in 30 minutes. Friendly staff and always good experience.

Love this place. Always courteous and fast. They always refer to past services. So there's very little guessing game as to what you did last time. And they accept AAA for a 10% discount.

I was slightly confused about the coupons. I found a $30 off my oil change on line. But was told that it was from a different jiffy lube. However the manager was kind enough to give me $15 off the service. I would recommend Jiffy Lube at Bridgewater.

My wife and I stopped by Jiffy Lube about an hour before closing to get oil changes for both of our vehicles. The two employees working that evening were friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating — even though it was late in the day. They handled everything quickly and efficiently while keeping a great attitude the entire time. We really appreciated their service and left very happy. Highly recommend this location for their customer care and professionalism!

The first person i met was pleasant and, “that’s a big plus, “friendly. Explained the procedure well and most of all didn’t try to talk me into something that wasn’t necessarily needed. It has been and always be my go to place.

This particular Jiffy Lube site in Bridgewater, NJ has been the best experience that I have had to do an oil change ever. They were prompt, efficient, accurate, clean, cordial, and quick.

Got there around 9:45 AM on a Monday. Got right in, and was out in just about 25 minutes.

Every one of the guys is super helpful and kind.
