Money well spent with knowledgeable, caring and polite staff. What a great experience! I would give even more stars.

Friendly

very attentive, respectful, knowledgeable, and professional service at this location!

Very helpful staff ! Absolutely recommended they service you like their own car.

I always get excellent service at this location and really trust the staff to not only do a good job but to be good people as well. Everyone there is very patient and knowledgeable including Adriana, Damian, and Ben.

Kadar was great! Super friendly, professional, and helpful. He made the whole experience quick and easy. Definitely great customer service.

Great service, quick, easy, pleasant experience.

I showed up to this location in a panic after catching a flat on 295 and 3 staff members helped me out!! They figured out what the issue was with my tire and eased my mind. They gave me instructions on what to do next and sent me on my way and I still made it to work in time! I appreciate them so much!!

The team at Burlington jeffey lube did an exceptional job working on our car we feel very safe now that they checked everything out

Technicians were super nice. Wait time was a little long but they were very nice to me regardless!

Awesome experience! The service was fast, efficient, and professional from start to finish. I especially appreciated how they handled the additional time and complications involved with getting approval through the fleet management company. Despite the delays and extra work it caused, they remained patient, calm, and professional throughout the entire process. Even with all the headaches they had to deal with, they maintained a great attitude and were friendly and personable the entire time. Excellent customer service—I would definitely recommend them!

I can't say enough good things about this place. I was in town visiting family when my tire was flat leaving me in a rough spot. I was able to make it to this Jiffy lube where Adriana & Ben went above & beyond to assist me. They quickly reassured me I would be ok and helped me with my tire issue which is not something they usually do. I highly recommend this place and the employees!!

Adrianna was very helpful ! great service!

I enjoyed my experience here at Jiffy Lube today they recommended a service i may need in the future , they gave me the option to select a package explained what they did but didn’t pressure to get them and when i thought the tax was high the manager adrianna given extra military discount on top of the bundle they cleaned ip the mess put air in my tire and cleaned my windshield. I dk how much its supposed to to cost, i always worry im getting overcharged, but cusyomer service was great!

The staff is really nice. The attention you get it’s outstanding. Being a girl and going into a place like this can be a little intimidating but they make you feel very comfortable. Adriana is very friendly and personable.

The women in the shop were very helpful and explained everything they were doing. They gave recommendations on what I might need done, without being pushy about it. Other times i’ve gone to jiffy lube, the workers hounded me to get different things done without any explanation. This experience was the complete opposite.

Came in today for an oil change and tire rotation. They were able to get me in immediately and made the experience stress free. I trusted their opinion and judgment for everything I needed to make my car safe for myself and my son. The price was fair. Thank you!

Absolutely exceptional service!! Adriana is very knowledgeable and honest when it comes to your vehicle’s recommendations. Very pleasant experience! Highly recommend! ??????????

Employees really nice and helpful. .fast service

Adrianna was very attentive and gave great recommendation along with her team!

Nay, and all of the AM staff this morning were incredible. Knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. I was in and out quickly with great service enhancements and reminders for my next visit. Will be coming back!

Easy to work with, great price, they know what they are doing. Jiffy Lube in my go-to for oil changes.

Just went in for an oil change. In the back of my mind, I’m thinking I’ll be upcharged at least for an air filter. Nel said they looked at my air filter and it’s good, no replacement needed. I’m thinking well there’s a good sign of a honest shop. They’ll have my business in the future.

Quick service and everyone was very friendly and attentive. Would recommend everyone come in for any of your car needs!

Came to get an oil change and the owner Nel he helped me out so much. Great customer service and the wait was very reasonable!!! Prices were great also!! Make sure you go check out jiffy lube for their great service!!!

Amazing service. Jay was great!!

Came in for a quick oil change , took a little while because there were cars out to the road but it moved quickly. Jay was the service guy taking care of everything and the young man was professional and helpful and kind. We have a new baby and he was mindful and quick to get us done and out of the heat. Even offered to get us safely from the bay to the office if it got too hot for us. THANK YOU JAY!!

Very professional and friendly place. I highly recommend it. Very fast service. I have been using Jiffy Lube for many years and I won't use another place different than this.
