Jose and his team at Jiffy Lube are the real deal. They are polite, courteous, flexible with time, and they ensure that all of my service needs are taken care of. I come here for car maintenance, and I leave feeling very confident in their work and care. As a busy teacher, I have limited time to run errands and get things done; however, I know that I am in good hands when I need something from Jiffy Lube. Highly recommend this location. Thank you to Jose and his team for excellent customer service!

Anthony with the Cherry Hill Jiffy Lube was fantastic! I’d been putting off getting an oil change for far too long and decided to randomly swing by here after work. There were a few cars ahead of me and I was told just to hang out and that it might be a bit of a wait but they were so fast getting through the cars ahead. Anthony talked me through the different oil options and led me into the lounge area to wait. I brought up new windshield wipers and he was quick to jump on that for me while he also explained some other things I needed done. He was thorough and kind, especially as I had some hesitance due to price. I didn’t feel upsold at all - in fact, I felt better informed on what I’d just gotten done than when I go to my normal mechanic. The whole process was fast, easy and I feel relieved I finally got this task done. Anthony was a huge help in making the whole process smooth and I would definitely return here!

This Jiffy Lube location is easily the best - every person we’ve met has been kind and professional! Our most recent visit they were very understaffed but the assistant manager - Anthony was a standout guy. He regularly communicated as things progressed and helped ensure we received speedy service even though it was backed up. Cannot recommend enough!

I was driving from AC to Philly and heard noises in my car. I was not sure of the issue. It was 5:30 PM when I was at my favourite restaurant to eat and I see a Jiffy Lube across the road and decided to call before going to get it checked. I call and Anthony picked. He was genuinely the nicest guy I had talked to and turned out the location he was at was bit further. I decided to take the drive even though I had another branch of the same company right in front of me. I pull up at 5:50 PM right around the time for their closing. Anthony patiently checks my car. Informed me nothing is wrong and spends 15 minutes explaining my doubts and charges me nothing. This is a guy who truly cares and wants to help. Won’t find a whole lot of them like him. Knowledgeable, Honest, Helpful!

He took the time to make sure I understood what my vehicle needed without making me feel rushed or pressured. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. They are very nice here. Jay really knows what he’s doing and like everyone here has a nice disposition. I always feel comfortable here because I know they don’t come with gimmicks to try to make you spend extra money. Plus you don’t have a super long wait time. Smooth sailing and that’s what I like!
