I called ahead to make sure that they would be able to bleed my brake fluid. They told me they could. I went over and told them to also change the oil. Everyone was helpful and positive. I was very impressed with the camaraderie and respect that they showed each other. Everything was very professional. Everything was done very quickly, and they even inflated my low air tires (I had forgotten to ask them do so). I will definitely go again. Great customer service. Good job, Jiffy Lube.

Outstanding Service! I stopped by Jiffy Lube with what turned out to be a serious issue — my tire was coming loose and could’ve ended really badly. Anthony W and the rest of the team jumped right in to help me without hesitation. They tightened everything up, made sure I was safe to drive, and treated me with so much kindness and care. I didn’t catch everyone’s names, but each person who helped deserves recognition. Thank you all for going above and beyond — you truly saved me today and I’m so grateful! Highly recommend this location for their honesty, professionalism, and heart.

I had an outstanding experience here. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and on point. They explained exactly what my car needed, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and worked quickly without cutting corners. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and they kept me updated the whole time. My service was finished faster than expected, and I drove away feeling confident everything was done right. It’s rare to find a place that combines speed, honesty, and quality service, but this Fire Road Jiffy Lube team does exactly that. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family.

Amazing customer service

I just had my car in for an oil change and the mechanic, angel, was absolutely amazing and very informative when he explained to me a few other things I need done. He wasn’t forceful, he was very patient and professional when he was speaking with me. Unlike other places. Thank you! I will be back! Ask for angel and he will take great care of you!

I explained to the Jiffy Lube rep that my car has not been driving properly after my last oil change and tire rotation. It was in reference to my tire rotation. I advised him that my car wasn’t riding smoothly over 60 mph.. He immediately said don’t ever do that again that’s dangerous. He did have my tires checked and tightened. They are always very pleasant.

Very friendly crew. They don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. I’ve been going there for over three years.

Very professional, handle my car with care!

I went for an oil change they did not try to sell me anything else. The mechanics were all very helpful and friendly. They even put on my new license plate for me. The kindest people.

Went for an oil change, service was super quick, friendly crew. Use the coupons online and save a couple bucks. Little pricey but all fluids checked etc a light vacuum job. If your looking for quick service it's the place to be. Would have given five stars if it I didn't find out canin filters actually cost less than $15 and they wanted more than $40 for it. (Dodged the bullet there, thank you you tube) otherwise good place.
