Great communication quick service and excellent attitude!!

They warned me about a problem that they couldn’t fix and suggested a trip to the dealer instead. Then they noticed a problem that I knew I had with my windscreen wipers but hadn’t mentioned. It felt like they were both on the ball and very honest - fixing what they could and not trying to upsell me something that was beyond their scope. Very impressed and grateful!

Great customer service and a beautiful, new and clean facility. The guys did a great job on my car for a reasonable price.

Attendant come out right away. All attendants were pleasant and helpful. We only use Jiffy lube Magnolia NJ.

The attendant came out right away who was very pleasant and offered to drive my car into the bay for which I was glad! They give you the option to drive in yourself. They were very thorough and alerted me to things needing attention. They accepted my online coupon. I will recommend to friends and family and strangers !!

I've beento a lot of Jiffy Lubes. They are all dirty and uncomfortable. Not This One!!! It's clean, well lit,and smells good. The bathroom is clean and the service rep had all of his teeth

Magnolia location was awesome! I use to go to another location… never have I been serviced like that! Lights checked turn signal windows cleaned. Nice guys detailed oriented.

Great service! This was my first experience at this location. The workers were kind and helpful!

The gentlemen at this location were very courteous. The waiting area was very clean, smelled nice and they offered me bottled water. Also had a TV on. They went over the pricing which was compatible with other places. After the inspection the mechanic went over the results and manufacturer’s recommendations on a large screen. I received a printout of this review with my receipt. All in all was a very pleasant experience.

I was greeted when I arrived. I was told what was needed done with no pressure to do some of the suggestions right there and then. I was even told to go online to find a coupon which I did and saved 25 dollars.

I would like to mention how courteous all the gentlemen were in the Magnolia NJ Jiffy lube. Understood that all I needed was an oil / filter change,with full synthetic oil, and please do not touch tire pressures, windshield fluids, brake fluids, cabin/ motor filters etc. ( I take care of ALL that) granted my request. And above all, informed me that I could look up they're specific location, I could pull up a 25$ discount coupon. Very Helpful!!! Again, in my opinion all the employees were true gentlemen. That was my first visit to that location, but have all intentions of returning. And will suggest them to others. Nice Job !!

The staff at the Jiffy Lube located in Magnolia , NJ rendered excellent service, to me on August 29, 2025.I was happy that the staff at this Jiffy Lube, did not make me wait for hours to. receive the oil change, and changing the air filter. They made sure, that I was able to take advantage of their coupon program. The staff also, made me feel comfortable while waiting for my car and extended friendliness and kindness towards me. The entire building was neat and clean. I look forward in receiving service from this Jiffy Lube in the near future. Therefore, I give this Jiffy Lube a 5 star rating Mrs. Anita Clay New Customer
