Only reason not 5 stars was i had the tires rotated and they did not inflate any of the tires to the 35psi that was marked on the post service invoice. They were the same psi I left them before the service, and I knew they needed air.

Was worried at first cause you can't book online appointments. They took me right away. Young big men that are there to help do not be intimidated! Only thing is no coffee or water while you wait. That would have made it a five star. It's ok though I come frequently have some beverages while I'm waiting I'll turn that 4 to a five star real fast.. 2 be continued

He took the time to explain what was being done to my car and made sure everything was handled properly. It’s rare to come across someone who makes a routine service feel this smooth and stress-free. Called Jiffy Lube after calling a couple of places for a battery replacement on a Nissan Sentra. Spoke to Steve, the general manager, to confirm they had it in stock. They are reasonably priced and did the install and disposal all right there. Thank you!

My favorite location!

I had an oil change, radios flush and fuel injector cleaned. The Service was rendered very quickly and i was out of the door within 25 minutes.

My car needed an oil change and I requested Synthetic Oil and they took care of my oil change, quickly and perfectly. I was shown the filters and we agreed that the oil filter can stay until the next oil change and the cabin filter needed to be replaced and I had the mechanic, take care of that for us. I asked if there was a way that I can pay or get the signature service and I am grateful that I did! It was discovered that the batter was showing signs of needing replacement. The battery came with the car and I did not realize the battery needs has a shorter lifespan than was I was taught years ago. With the new technology now, battery life is about 2 years or more, but to get it tested every other year or so. I give this location on Route 27 in Franklin Park, NJ, 5 Stars! These technicians are amazing, right on point and know how to fix a problem. They listen to the customer's concerns and gave me peace of mind, as I needed the car to be in tip top shape for our road trip that we were taking for Christmas. It was wonderful!

I stopped in for an oil change for the very first time. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted by a young worker. I was impressed with his customer service, very polite. I was happy with the service and I felt the price was fair. I will definitely visit again.

I've been going to this shop for a few years now and always have been happy with the service. Today, they were absolutey amazing when my check engine light came on right as I was passing by the shop! I pulled in and Steve, the manager was super friendly and was more than happy to help even though I had my dog with me in the back seat and couldn't pull into a bay for proper service. Steve quickly read the codes and checked a few quick things, and thankfully the code turned out to be nothing serious and I could go on with my errands. Great shop, and extra props to Steve for helping me out today, I'll continue to recommend this shop to anyone needing one ??

Clean and professional staff with quick service. I visited around 4pm on a Wednesday. I was met swiftly with an oil change service. Zaygum assured me in the process of my oil change and upsold me on a tire rotation. He was so courteous and friendly that I couldn’t say no. Would definitely be returning as my home location is about 30 mins away and not as nice as this location. Thank you somerset jiffy lube!
