Courteous, explained everything in detail. Clean waiting area.

I had containers of oil in the back of my truck that had spilled out. I went to this JL and I had the nicest, most helpful young man take it and dispose of it. Not only that, but he climbed in the bed of the truck and cleaned up the spilt oil! He was wearing another workers jacket with Isiah on it but I know that wasn’t his name and I’m sorry to say I forgot this young man’s name. But what a valuable employee JL has!

I had a major rear brake problem in my work van and Esperanza and another gentleman and I apologize I do not know his name fixed it and got me back on the road, which is extremely important to me as this is my work vehicle and I needed it desperately for my Monday jobs. They got it fixed as fast as they could, and I am very appreciative. They did a great job.

I’ve been coming to this location for a couple of years now. There was a rough patch for a while there where things were slow and communication was a bit rough, but Chris and his team really seem to have turned things around!
