Customer Reviews for Jiffy Lube 4100 PENNSYLVANIA ST NE, ALBUQUERQUE, NM, 87109-1755

Good place to get service done. Ladies are a big help to us girls. Good customer service

I took my son‘s car here for an oil change this afternoon. He also needed a new lightbulbs in his brake lights. They made all the repairs and covered everything with me. They also let me use two different coupons. They were very helpful, courteous and honest.

I had a tire blowout yesterday, and this was very close by and managed to limp it in. The store didn't have tires in stock, and my first thought was "PANIC!" but they said, "We've got this." It turned out that the other tires were also in bad shape (they showed me, didn't tell me; it wasn't an upsell). The place delivering the tires was slow, so the man taking care of it personally drove down to pick them up for me. Really good service, decent price.

Prospero, Angelo, Otto are amazing. I only come up this Jiffy Lube, because the people who help you are the finest, best, most helpful crew in town.

Jose Godina was super professional and courteous. I went in today for another windshield rock chip repair and he even touched up an older repair that he noticed didn’t look as good as it did originally. Thank you for the extra attention to detail!

I went to the JL at Montgomery and Wyoming and they lived up to their name. Great service. Quick. Efficient and helpful. I recommend them. Also Monday's at 8 am are a perfect time if your schedule allows.

Friendly staff. Quick service

This has been my go-to Jiffy Lube for years. Erica L. rocks! Excellent customer service. She educated me on the services needed and made sure I used my coupons. Made sure the area of my cabin air filter was vaccuumed before putting in the new filter. Thanks!

Service was good and techs were polite. I thought the oil change is supposed to come with a complimentary vacuum and it didn’t.

Ryan, Jose, & Francisco were absolutely amazing! They caught a crack on my windshield before it got too bad and saved me on money and time. Great people!

Great service. Polite and quick!

They took the time to sit down and help diagnose my car issues and explained in detail what the likely problem was. Needless to say they fixed my problem and was out in less than 30 minutes! Wonderful experience!

Always expect excellent service here, these guys are amazing.

I appreciate that this Jiffy Lube was able to get my car in quickly, successfully change the oil, and advise me about upcoming maintenance issues that I may have.

Every time I get my oil changed that are very helpful and friendly. I also love getting coupons to help the fee's and this day time are hard making a living. I think companies are increasing prices that are out of control. One thing is to increase some what ,but this gouging is ridiculous. Thank you for coupons it helps.

The oil change went smooth, everyone was nice. New guy was awesome....but we weren't given a reminder sticker for our next oil change.

Everytime I've come to this location for any service the tall guy with glasses Nate is super fast. He always explains how things work so I have a better understanding of how my vehicle works. The rest of the staff is super professional. Everyone here is honest and gets things done right fast.

The crew on the Montgomery location were great! I appreciated their quick and easy service. Super friendly. Will defiantly keep it as my go to for an oil change. ??

I definitely want to think the team at Jiffy Lube for today. My granddaughter and I were driving on a tire that had absolutely no Air in it. The man had a smile an a hello pulled up. We were offered to go inside relax while they got all of our tires filled free of charge. Thank you so much guys your life savers!
