Service is excellent ?? the employees are very nice ??

????? Great experience at Jiffy Lube! The guys did everything quickly and professionally. My box truck is about 11 feet tall, and it fit inside their service bay with no problem. They changed the engine oil and oil filter in about 20 minutes. Everything was fast, smooth, and well organized. I’m very satisfied with the service and will definitely use this location again. Highly recommended, especially for drivers with taller work trucks! Thank you, guys!

I had been putting off getting an oil change for months because I was honestly really anxious about the whole process, but the team at Jiffy Lube completely changed that for me. Matt was especially amazing. He took the time to explain everything, walked me through each step, and helped me find the best deal for what I needed. Everyone was so kind, patient, and never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. They didn’t just change my oil, they also put air in my tires, topped off my windshield washer fluid, and made sure everything was taken care of. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish.

They had me in and out in no time. Their all very honest. Let you know what is best for your car to keep it going.

Very quick check-in process and Tech knew about available services and listened to my questions. Turn around time for oil change was roughly 30 minutes!

Fast in and out. I needed new windshield wipers and the gentleman hooked me in in 20 minutes. I appreciated that. Recommend.

It was great went about 4:40 on a Friday. I was just expecting to make an appointment and was driving off by 5pm with my oil change done. Fair price with a coupon.

Caleb was beyond helpful. He was kind, patient and Incredibly helpful. I came in due to a hose that exploded and led to overheating in my truck . Not once did he sound annoyed or frustrated, but was always willing to provide extra insight or maintenance advice. He truly helped me feel like I was getting the best service possible and insured that my vehicle was in a safe condition to be back on the road again. I felt very assured and in well hands with my vehicle in his care. Would definitely recommend and am very grateful to his service

I was met with a positive and attentive staff member. Was able to get everything taken care of with oil change, brake fluid change and cabon filter replacement.. The customer service and commitment to provide a great experience was great to see.

The greeter was nice. I wasn’t even in there that long all I needed to do was just get my brake light replaced. I thought it was gonna be there for an hour because you know how some mechanics take a while even if it’s just one little thing but now it was just like a five minute or two I don’t even know I lost count. All I know is it was underneath five minutes, but I do like this place. I’ve been coming here a bit and I don’t know maybe they’re about to be my favorite mechanics anyways thank you guys.

Had brake fluid and radiator flush 70k . Quick and price was very reasonable.. use them for all of my fluids on 3 cars and am very happy.

Ordered a tire for us as we were passing through town, and was able to retrieve, change, and install it for us within an hour.

They were all very polite and kind during my service. The oil change was quick and when other issues were found they were sure to ask me before servicing and were just as quick with repairing the issues I was able to afford fixing at the time.

I was about to be stuck in Abq. I was fortunate enough to go to this Jiffy Lube. The guys took the best care of me, my kiddos, and the my car. Our thermostat went out and then we had an oil issue. The team here was amazing polite and courteous. Explained the process and tried to help in everyway possible. Caleb... I think that was his name went above and beyond and everything about this experience, while it was not ideal to have car problems was absolutely perfect. The store was clean the staff was great and they got us back on the road in no time. If you have to break down or need services done... 10/10 i recommend this shop.
