It didn't occur to me to ask how low the oil was.

Fast and accurate services

Had an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived right at opening Time on a Saturday morning. Fast and efficient service.

On Monday April 13, 2026, I arrived late morning/early afternoon for an oil change. After an oil change was completed I noticed the passenger seat recliner was all the way back to where whoever would be sitting in the back seat behind the passenger couldn’t sit. The seat was not like this prior to arriving for an oil change. I didn’t think anything of it til a day later when I tried to move it back to its original desired position and unfortunately it was stuck. I assumed that one of the staff members accidentally adjusted something without any knowledge of doing so. I called the store and talked to Josh and gently expressed what I was experiencing and thought there might’ve been an accident of some sort. Josh was very helpful, considerate and apologetic. He requested I stop by today Thursday April 16, 2026 so they could take a look at it. I arrive and Chris approached me and I gave him a synopsis of the situation. Chris and Moses immediately began searching for the root of the issue and were able to adjust the passenger seat to it’s original position. They both educated me on the problem and how to adjust the seat but to be mindful due to the fuse going out. I was highly impressed with Chris and Moses on their performance, patience, knowledge, communication and teamwork with an issue that Jiffy Lube doesn’t even offer services for. The extra mile they took to go beyond their job role is applaudable and I sensed the determination to help fix my issue. They were both very well mannered and educated on the matter. Thank you again, Chris and Moses for your expertise. I will most definitely be returning to this location.

All good! Pricing for extras are a bit expensive, mark en up, but don’t go overboard. IMO

Professional and friendly. I was pressed for time, and they were able to get the job done. New front rotors, brakes and windshield wipers in an hour's time. ??

Awesome service and quick. Less than an hour for oil change , filter, air filter, cabin and tire rotation, plus went over the vehicle. 100% recommend.

Overall great experience manager was very helpful Hispanic gentleman mid-50s maybe 60 great communication skills I had to replace my whole brake system he gave me the most economic estimate we replaced only the parts that needed replacing the good part about it was he told me we could do a little bit out of time and it would be a lifetime warranty overall my experience would be a 10

Fast efficient reliable top-notch service In for oil change informative but no pressure

They took care of me right away, were as the other jiffy lube 2915, was rude and always gives me a hard time. Will go back to this jiffy lube from now on.

Nothing else was done besides the oil change but I was in and out, so I’ll take it. I was just hoping for air in my tires guess I’ll be doing that myself
