This place is awesome! I've been doing my emission test here for years, but in time of trouble Zachary help me out so much. He is there to make sure to accommodate and help what the customer really needs... Not like other places who is always have an angle to make profits even though customer dont really need it. Every shop needs to be like this. True to the customer and do what's is right. You guys got a lifetime customer from me. Two ????!!!

I came to this Jiffy Lube for an emissions test and the technicians were fantastic. Service only took about 10ish minutes. Very pleased with the service :)

I've used this location for emissions testing everytime since moving to NM. Always a courteous & helpful staff. Ive never had to wait very long. The only exception to that, was I didn't have the & they made me an appointment for the next day, & I was in & out in a timely manner

I was greeted very kindly by the attendant, Zacharey, and he understood the concern I had regarding my tire pressure. He immediately looked at it and explained I had a screw in the tire. He told me he could take care of the problem right away. Soon after, I was on my way. I love Jiffy Lube because the workers get right on the problem without any delays, and I don't have to wait for an appointment! At my dealership, I had to wait to be seen by someone, and then wait again until I could even get an appointment. This is why my husband and I always come to Jiffy Lube whenever we need an oil/filter change, tire problems, or other minor mechanical repairs. Thank you, Juffy Lube, and Zachery!

I had a great time

I have been a Jiffy, lube, customer for many, many years. In many different cities, however, the Jiffy Lube#3163, that is located at 3601 NM 528 NW is superior. I received excellent communication all the way throughout the process. I was treated with respect and care for my 15-year-old vehicle! I would like to give a shout out for automotive technician Noe!! I have never encountered such attention to detail, and such a personable automotive technician, he needs to be recognized, and I hope this does the trick! Thanks Noe.

I was greeted at the door by a technician who took my order and he immediately communicated what service was needed. I was out in about 20 minutes and escorted to my car after making the payment.

Great service, quick, thorough, and Zachery was very courteous. Answered all my questions and was honest, someone I feel I can trust.

At my request, the windshield washer fluid connection was checked and repaired, which I appreciated.
