I dealt mostly with Sam and Rocco but the whole team was amazing. I felt so strongly about their professionalism and work ethic that I went and got them donuts. Even with the extra work my fleet manager wanted for the vehicle, they were quick and quite amazing!!! Five stars cause I can’t give them 10

Superb and friendly service. Quick, too. Sheldon, the manager greeted me warmly. Saved me from putting the wrong type oil in my car. Chaunie was super kind and easy to talk with. Shared stories of his own car, a model like mine. The shop is clean and appears well maintained. Soft drinks and popcorn are offered whilst waiting for your vehicle. Amazing in today's world to find professional, well trained personnel to do work on my car. Highly recommend them for your service needs.

Great service!

Not only is this San Mateo store convenient in location but the crew that work here, young as they all are, are efficient. I've yet to have a bad experience at this location. I get my tires rotated with each oil change & I'm in & out in no time, just like their name promises. There used to be a time that JL used to vacuum the front floorboards and wipe the interior windows before giving the car back. Gone, it seems, are all those incidental niceties.

I went in for an emissions test. Jose was awesome. He got me in and out quickly due to my schedule. Also, the lobby and bathrooms were very clean.

Customer service was wonderful! Free popcorn and drinks (including soda) while waiting. Staff is personable and offered to wash windows and vacuum for no extra charge. I find oil change prices to be ridiculous these days, and I am annoyed having to have it done so often, so I appreciate this team making it a nice experience otherwise.

I was mainly impressed by the customer service and how patient they were.. too expensive, but good customer service goes a long way
